It broke and would not close or open. Keep in mind that I did not buy this boat there because they did not have any at the time that I wanted one and they were pretty hard to get a few months ago. So I called them last Tuesday (Oct 12th 2021) and they told me no problem bring it in next Tuesday and they will get it fixed including parts if need and back to me by Friday. I was thrilled about such a short turn around time given the way things, service, and parts have been going lately. Well here is what happened today Oct 19th. I arrived and they knew I was coming from the appointed I had made. They told me to pull it into the yard. This where things went fantastically! I pulled in and met up with Sean (not sure how he spells it). Sean asked what was going on so I explained it to him. He came over to look at it and said to me "Oh yeah I know what this is". Immediately after looking at he instantly knew what was wrong!! He told me that it is missing a washer under the screw and that the factory used the wrong screw!!! He told me he would fix it for me right now!! He went to get a few tools and I'm serious, had my boat fixed in less that 10 minutes!! He said ok its all good you can take it. I was shocked. I expected it to be down for days. I ran into Steve I think his name is, who is the owner. I raved, rightfully so, about what Sean just did for me. When I asked if I need to do anything or show paper work or anything they said "no, it's all good you can take it" Look I know no place is perfect. Some places drop the ball now and then. But I will tell you one thing, I will never take my jet ski anywhere else for any service that it might need. These guys were fantastic! This is the way to handle a customer or to make more customers. Thank you so much guys for getting me fixed up so fast and for having a mechanic like Sean working for you. He is fantastic! I'll be seeing you for my 50 hour routine maintenance when it is due. Thanks to Steve too!

John, the owner advised me that I must have an oil change at 500 miles during the break in period and he would come to my residence to do it for $125. When I got close to 500 miles I tried calling but no one would answer. It kept popping to a message stating the mailbox was full so you couldn't leave a message. I went to J.J.J. Powersports Facebook page and left 2 messages a week apart on messenger stating I was nearing 500 miles and needing service. I also advised in the message that I couldn't leave a message on their voicemail because the mailbox was full. Both messages in messenger indicated they were read but neither were responded to. My coworker also tried several times to reach him for service and he never answered the telephone. I finally reached him on the phone. I made an appointment with him on 3 separate occasions. The first time was for a Friday. I touched base with him in the afternoon because I hadn't heard from him and he advised he got caught up in traffic and was trying to get out to me. He never showed up or called. The second time I made an appointment on a Wednesday and he cancelled late in the day stating he had a family emergency. He rescheduled for that Friday. I waited all day that Friday. He texted and said his Mom was having a procedure and he would head my way once she was recovered. He never showed up or called. I spent days trying to find a company that would service my scooter because many places won't touch it because it's Chinese made. This is my primary mode of transportation right now. This is not a recreational vehicle for me. It is quite clear that the owner John does not care about his customers or stand behind the products he sells. He is unprofessional, unreliable, unresponsive, uncommunicative, and irresponsible. I do not recommend J.J.J. Powersports. Buyer beware

Nov 5, Phoned in for update. Response was Power Lodge experiencing Pod caste issues - leave message. Can they be more cryptic? I just want my bike back. They were way lower, by thousands than every other dealer that I got a price from. I will never buy anything from them again and suggest that you don't, as you can see how they would treat a possible returning customer. To offer almost $10k less that what I paid 6 months ago is a serious insult and a huge statement about their integrity and loyalty to their customers. Get the bike out and test ride, rides good, next day I'm leaking fuel all over the place and broke down on the side of the road.
