During my initial consultation, I did not meet with a physician. The consultation was conducted by a non-medical staff member, and I was shown before-and-after photos and discussed treatment options. I elected to proceed with the procedure. I met the surgeon for the first time on the day of the procedure. At that time, the surgeon commented that I was already lean and questioned whether the procedure was necessary. The procedure was still performed. Following the procedure, I experienced unevenness, lumps, and indentations in the treated area. At follow-up visits, I was advised to undergo Morpheus treatments to improve the results, which I did at an additional cost of approximately $2,000. After completing the recommended treatments, some improvement was noted, but the contour irregularities remained. I was advised to wait several months and later underwent a revision procedure in October 2025. Despite following all postoperative instructions and recommendations, I continue to have visible contour irregularities in my abdomen. In a recent communication with the office, I was informed that no further revisions would be offered and that no additional corrective options were available. In total, I have spent approximately $17,000 related to these procedures. I am disappointed with the final outcome and feel that my abdomen appears worse than prior to treatment. While outcomes may vary, this reflects my individual experience, and I encourage anyone considering this procedure to ask detailed questions and fully understand the potential risks before proceeding.

Wow! Where do I begin? Roman has been an absolute Godsend to me in helping me recover after…read moreintensive surgery. I contacted him via yelp to inquire if he performed lymphatic drainage massage and thankfully he did. He gave me a quote and even reduced it for me upon request without hesitation. Since I contacted him before my surgery, he was able to develop a relationship with me before we even met. He would periodically check in to ascertain my mental state before surgery. Once I had my surgery he checked in to see how my recovery was going and to ensure me that he was ready to begin as soon as I got clearance from my surgeon. Once I began sessions with Roman I was pleasantly surprised to see that he confirmed our appointments days and the night before. He was always prompt and he always stayed over the time we agreed to! Any time that I complained of an area that wasn't initially discussed to work on he did anyway! I ended up getting sore in places outside of where I had anticipated so I often needed a combination of methods in addition to the lymphatic drainage we agreed to. He was very pleasant, approachable, friendly and warm during my sessions. He was very thourough and would not allow himself to overlook any area. I always felt much better after a session with him. They asked me to post a review that Kathy typed on my phone when I was still high off the anesthesia the day after the surgery and offered free Botox for positive reviews. 2. INATTENTION TO DETAIL - SUBPAR RESULTS: uneven nipples, asymmetric lipo/tummy tuck results and extremely uneven scar. And they will still tell you that it's just swollen. Tummy tuck was botched first time. Drains were placed in a very uncomfortable spot and they left an awful scar above my private part that I had to pay to get revised. Revision was still not up to par - very noticeable uneven results, again! Overall, he's the type of surgeon you have to spell out every little detail of your expectations, including "nipples should align." I don't think patients should have to spell this out. A good surgeon would pay close attention to these key details. I regret trusting him. 3. POOR MANNERS: Dr. Pazmiño is not the greatest listener. He doesn't seem to like interacting with ppl much. He leaves everything to his staff who are great but they're not the ones operating. I don't feel like he cared to know what I really wanted. He made me feel as if I was asking stupid questions. I felt as if I was annoying him. He only spends minimal time and leaves quicker than you can blink your eyes. At first I thought maybe he's just weird but then he should not be a plastic surgeon. 4. LIES WERE TOLD: I had my breast done in 2006. In 2018, I stupidly returned for a tummy tuck that he refused to do in 2006. He said I would get a free surgery when my implant popped, and that was a lie. Only the actual implant is free. Very misleading! I HIGHLY recommend you look elsewhere and DO NOT trust the 5 star reviews. Those were likely written by staff and posted in exchange for free Botox to extremely medicated ppl post-op.
