When I first got my insurance from this office I thought they were professional and honest. But I realized they were money hungry. I had 3 cars insured with this office plus a motorhome. I paid insurance for the motorhome in front for one year from March 2021 till March 2022 and I sold some cars after few months that I had so Sarah just called me to notify me that my motor home insurance it well expires on the beginning of January even though I paid for one year from March to March she still wanted to cancel and her excuse was because I don't have the cars insured with state farm anymore. I don't trust this office and state farm any more. And I don't recommend this office to anyone. read more

I switched from AAA to State Farm and couldn't be more satisfied. It's totally worth it to know who you're dealing and to get great service. I have two vehicles, my home and an umbrella policy with Daniel and the service is excellent. An AAA member ran a red light and totaled my car last July, and State Farm was wonderful and took care of everything quickly. I'm still waiting for AAA to close out the claim. I came to Daniel and Sarah as an "adopted" client when my original agent left State Farm. After they took over my account they contacted me personally to ask if we could meet in person to go over my policies. My first thought was "Oh great. They want to sell me additional insurance." I couldn't have been more wrong. When I met with them, they simply went over what each portion of my policy meant, and while Sarah did recommend tweaks to my coverage, it was clear that her suggestions were based on genuine concern for my well-being rather than for making money at the agency telling me that the only person I wasn't properly covering was myself. I took Sarah's advice and made the suggested changes to my policy at an additional expense of around $6/month. About 3 months after we sat down, the unexpected happened and I found myself involved in a horrible accident which, according to the doctor in the ER, easily could have taken my life. Looking back, it was Sarah and Daniel who spared me from financial ruin due to the accident. Prior to working with Sarah and Daniel, I had been insured for about 20 years through many agents and insurance companies as I moved throughout the country with my job. NEVER had another agent actually sat down with me and gone over my coverages or explained what the coverages meant, let alone make recommendations on my policy. I simply shopped reputable insurance companies, got quotes and opted for what I felt was sufficient coverage. With every other agent I felt like a file and premiums. They, however, took time to get to know me as an individual and went out of their way to provide personalized service based on who I am. Recently my sister, who is also a licensed insurance agent, asked me if I would change insurance carriers and sign on with her as a client. I gave her an unequivocal no and said that I have no interest or desire to change agents and that my loyalties lie with Daniel and Sarah when it comes to my insurance. I wish I had someone like Sarah and Daniel looking out for me much earlier, but I'm thrilled that I happened to be one of their very fortunate "adoptees". I recommend them to everyone I speak with as well as tell everyone I know (even clerks in stores I frequent) about the additional coverage that Sarah recommended to me. She honestly saved my ass.
