I have been with State Farm since 2014. I have never and when I say never it means never have I ever received this type of service from anyone at this location like I have with Diana frequently call to add and remove cars from my policy but never have I been told I see you have multiple cars and I may be able to find a better policy for you.... I was explained from the basic to the most complicated policies that are being offered. Diana out of her way to build a spreadsheet so I can actually view the difference and see what I'm paying for. For one I'm not very knowledgeable on insurance or anything like that he made everything extremely clear to me unfortunately I had an incident, my house had a leak and every question I had he responded within 24 hours if not sooner. I recently became unsatisfied with my Farmers Insurance and was ready for a change. When i lost all hope in insurance companies and how expensive they are i got a text message from the money saving angels of state farm i first was texting with keith and then later spoke with mr ramiro. I came into there newly started office off first and los angeles next to chuy's,chase bank, and vallarta grocery store. They gave me a quote over the phone grantite it was cheaper then before i came into office but that before they even knew who i was and before they ran my MVR report so which is totally understandable , but mr keith and ramiro wanted me to have that low monthly rate so they told me about bundling with renters insurance and WOW cheaper then mercury, farmers, and liberty i mean literally they beat every insurance company quote out there i went from paying 170$ a month to 120$ a month. I mean wow and it wasnt because i bundled i had other insurance companies try to bundle and they couldnt even come close. And when it came to starting up my policy ramiro was very considerate to my finacial needs got my policy started and didnt even ask for a down payment up front. He just asked for me to schedule it sometime after my policy started in January and then boom i was done. So if ur looking for a friendly helpful and very knowledgeable state farm agent and team hit up my friendly neighbors off first and los angeles in the vallarta shopping complex next to chuys and chase bank.
