My obstetrician at the time recommended rupturing the membranes to terminate the pregnancy. Unwilling to do so and in complete shock, I sought the expertise of Dr. Waits, who had recently opened his OB office in our town. He welcomed me promptly and successfully closed my cervix. As a result, we were able to carry the pregnancy for an additional month; however, the umbilical cord became wrapped around our daughter's neck, leading to our loss. While this outcome was not our hoped outcome, Dr. Waits's care and support were exceptional. In the subsequent years, Dr. Waits successfully delivered all three of my other children. While no individual is without imperfections, his skills and sense of humor are remarkable. He played a crucial role in helping me achieve what I now consider an incredibly fulfilling life. When I faced significant challenges with the potential delivery of my last child and had no viable options for closing my cervix, he once again devised a solution, resulting in the safe arrival of our beautiful daughter. I entrusted Dr. Waits with my own well-being and that of my children, and I continue to regard him as an exceptionally skilled and dedicated medical professional. He will always hold a special place in our hearts, as he played a crucial role in the completion of our family. Currently, all three of our children are making significant contributions to our community; our two oldest sons have completed their college education, and our daughter, at the age of 18, is attending college and is on track to complete a double major in Psychology and History, along with a minor in Theology by the age of 19. The accomplishments attributed to my family are a direct result of Dr. Waits's unwavering dedication to facilitating our journey into parenthood, his innovative approaches to care, and his steadfast determination to ensure that both myself and my children received the highest standard of medical attention. It's always a pleasant experience and the staff is amazing. When I first became a patient, Dr. Rojas was able to successfully replace a crown that I had done almost 20 years ago, when my old dentist office said the tooth would need to be removed, due to how much of the original tooth was left. And for the first time in years, my teeth are no longer sensitive to cold temperatures. We have since had our child and he is now a patient. I recommend him to everyone that needs a dentist.

They charged my daughter the full price of a cleaning because they couldn't seem to understand dental was covered thru Anthem Blue Cross. I had to do the work they failed to do and verify her coverage so they can refund her. Every single time there is an issue with not finding her on the insurance when it has not changed. This is why I stopped going there and she will not be going back either. It actually doesn't surprise me since the receptionist did not even know she was covered up to age 26.

They said medications or just that day could've changed his prescription completely. Considering dramatic change for all parameters of exam, I would imagine not terribly likely unless major onset of medical issue. Additionally, the few medical conditions and medications were provided before visit for consideration. They are not responsible for incorrect prescription, if you take elsewhere to have glasses made, regardless of their error. They also charged for the 2nd visit for new examination. There is no ownership of errors, just deflection.

Being a RN, I've worked at the hospital and with a fellow surgeon who respected her incredible talent. My surgery went very well and there were no complications. She is very professional and explains procedures pre and post op very thoroughly. Personality wise she is a lot like other surgeons. She is very curt, somewhat cold if you will. She's not there to be your friend, but to enhance, if not save your life. If there is one downfall in her practice, it would have to be her staff. Her Medical Assistant can be quite rude at times. If you can deal with her, you can deal with the Doctor. The only reason I give her 4 out of 5 stars is due to her staff. She, in and of herself, deserves all 5 stars!
