Thankfully, in the years I have been with Daniel and Farmers, I haven't had need for anything. Today, however, was different. I locked myself out of my car. Went into the Walmart and the people in the vision department went out of their way to let me use their phone to call the Auto Club. I was told my membership had expired and there was nothing they could do. I did the next best thing, I called Daniel at Farmers. Should have done this first. I'll know for the next time. Daniel called a tow company and came to the Walmart lot where my car was parked to tell me they had been called, the name of the company who was coming and made sure I was okay.
