They also were in lockstep with our lender to ensure the lender was prepared and informed about the tight timeline. He also set me up with a lender who worked really well in the team, and understood my financial situation. I was seeking a VA loan, which the lender and Joe both researched thoroughly. He also got a good idea of the type of property I was looking for. Then after all those pieces were in motion, we could sit back and relax and look for the right property to come by! Once we found the one, it wasn't originally VA eligible, and Joe went the extra mile to get the court documentation and HOA file to the lender to ensure swift and accurate preapproval, VA filing, and finally underwriting. He did not sit back and wait for the lender to figure it all out, but actively assisted and tracked the progress of all the paperwork. Joe also worked very well with the sellers agent to translate my wishes and help me understand the sellers needs, so we came to a swift deal that met the mark on the seller's 1031 exchange.
