These folks were just what I was looking for...courteous, quick, friendly, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. Brittney Bishop first contacted me and was very proffesional in understanding that my work schedule did not allow me to just jump into anything at that very moment. Daniel Parker then contacted me and explained the in's and out's of what I was needing to accomplish with my insurance needs, making sure that my budget would allow what I wanted to do. A week later I was standing in front of Brittney on a Saturday (btw...what insurance agent do you know that opens on Saturdays?), and I set up a life and auto policy (at great rates I might add). Brittney and I spoke about commercial insurance for trucking as I want to start my own trucking business, as well as, health insurance, and a safe driver incentive that State Farm is no promoting. I was also extremely shocked to find out that the State Farm companies also do mortgages (who knew?) Brittney was and is who I choose to speak with but if I call up there everyone that answers the phone is always willing to help and they are all extremely courteous. I have never met Daniel Parker face to face as my schedule and his has not been able to accomplish that quite yet, but I respect any business man that employs such great people to keep in his office. In my opinion you will not get a better agent to handle your insurance business than this guy and his crew.
