And make you feel super welcomed when you walk in their office or when you are on the phone with them. Also, they are incredibly honest. I asked them to look at a policy that I had for my personal liability for my work to see if he could beat the price, and he said "I'll be honest with ya, I can't beat what ya got." He is that type of guy. His business is that honest. He will tell ya like it is and he and his team will do it with grace. Also, they are some of the most compassionate people. They really have a heart for their customers and get pumped when they can help them. Seth, who works there is also very professional and cares about people. My buddy had lighting strike his truck and they are saying they cannot pay out because they cannot say that he did not fry his ecu, ignition, etc. Due to him installing the battery backwards. (Where happy to let him know they would cover mice eating wires however...). They are a joke and you'd be able to pay for a new car/repair with cash from the amount they charge a year.

Agent cancelled my policy due to non payment even though I was on auto-pay and the money was drafted from my account. I never received a notice and when I inquired I never received an answer back. After some investigation the corporate office told me that the car that I added to my policy was written under a different policy. NOT at ALL what we discussed. New car replaced the old car with an updated rate. We worked on this for a couple of days because I changed my mind on the car that I wanted to purchase. Now I have a $190 ticket for having no insurance on that vehicle and a fat $99 charge as of last month for not having multicar policy. They lapsed my car insurance in January. Suddenly, all of this is my fault. After 20 years I would never go back to them and I would never refer anyone to this office. I wish I had my old agent back but now I have a whole new company. What a waste of time and stress. Points on my license, fees and potential jail time. It is professional to take accountability. Yes, I checked my mail and the most recent was a detail about my insurance policy and new cards for the vehicle that was "lapsed". Just pass this agency up and go somewhere else. I cant even trust that they will update my insurance information with the State. Definitely poor service.
