    Contacted this agency for an insurance quote for a combined home and auto policy with a 3 million…read moredollar umbrella policy. My first contact was a phone call which was sent to voicemail. Apparently they were at lunch when I called. Hours later I received a call back and gave them my current coverage information. The next day I got an email, not a phone call, telling me that they could not find a company that would give me coverage because I had made 2 claims within 5 years. That was not true. I didn't live in that house 5 years ago. I did have a claim due to a power surge in 2024 to repair electrical circuits that were fried as a result of the power surge. Another reason for denied coverage was because my house which had an expansion 17 years ago had standing seam metal roofing on the new areas and shingles on the original section of the house. That part of the house had new shingles in 2022. We moved into the house 2.5 years ago. They said because my roof had two materials that was another reason for denial. When i explained these facts in my emailed reply, I got no response back from the company. If you ask me whether I'd recommend this company I would have to give a resounding no. Poor communication and groundless reasons for denial. I was immediately able to get coverage from Bracken Insurance with no issues.

    Let me tell you about Chris Lile and his team…read more One, some of the most friendly and likable people you will ever meet. Very approachable. And make you feel super welcomed when you walk in their office or when you are on the phone with them. Also, they are incredibly honest. I asked them to look at a policy that I had for my personal liability for my work to see if he could beat the price, and he said "I'll be honest with ya, I can't beat what ya got." He is that type of guy. His business is that honest. He will tell ya like it is and he and his team will do it with grace. Also, they are some of the most compassionate people. They really have a heart for their customers and get pumped when they can help them. Seth, who works there is also very professional and cares about people. Every time I get the chance to talk with him its an immense pleasure and joy. Their office makes you want to smile when you walk in. Mainly, I think, because of the people who work there. They are so people centered. Ever last person in the office says hi to you...even people who don't work there. Its contagious. Also they have a freaking awesome mustang parked outside their office from time to time. Highly recommend to let him at least give you a quote. If you get the chance to sit with him or his staff for a second your will see how genuine they are.

    I was late on one payment and got the notice that my coverage was cancelled. I got on the phone and…read morespoke to a woman just this Morning 0900 AM in regards to it. I had to pay a fee of $66 from my last statement which was processed. I then went on to speak to a representative in regards to reinstating my coverage. we went through the details which I complied and understood. I missed one payment and wasn't allowed to be put back into my original monthly small payments because it hasn't even been a year yet for my coverage, and now Geico has dropped me/cancelled me. This woman with a southern accent told me over the phone that I'd have to pay the outstanding balance of $800 something which would cover me entirely for the next 6 months until June 2023. I told her that it wasn't possible since Christmas and the holidays are around the corner, I have other bills to pay off, and that I would have to come back to reinstate it at a later time instead. It was here then that this woman was rude towards me over the phone, which is why I've decided to give this company a 1 STAR RATING due to poor customer service training on her behalf. she said to me, "yes, that's all we can do for now or else you can go look for insurance elsewhere that will fit your financial needs instead." uhmmm excuse me?! Don't you guys need us as customers for your company?! she basically blew me off. I am lost for words here and am bewildered that she would say that to me. WOWWW Thanks to this experience, ma'am, I will be leaving this insurance company after all and never look back especially if this is how you treat all customers. This is a Geico Company based off here in Tulsa, OK.
