I was searching for a different insurance carrier after the one I'd had since 2021 raised my home and auto premiums. I expected my house premium to go up because of all the disasters in our state in 2024. But I was shocked when my car insurance on my 2014 CRV went up by $44 a month. I have not made an auto claim since I was 19 years old. I carry full coverage on my vehicle despite having paid off my auto in 2020. When my agent and I finished comparing my current coverage to the proposed coverage with State Farm, I ended up with more coverage while saving money. I was also impressed with Dylan Trudell's knowledge of their company's products and his patience with me as I asked many questions. I was just not another number. At the end of our hour-long conversation, Dylan invited me to meet their team at their Tulsa, OK agency. I live in Claremore, OK. Contacted this agency for an insurance quote for a combined home and auto policy with a 3 million…read moredollar umbrella policy. My first contact was a phone call which was sent to voicemail. Apparently they were at lunch when I called. Hours later I received a call back and gave them my current coverage information. The next day I got an email, not a phone call, telling me that they could not find a company that would give me coverage because I had made 2 claims within 5 years. That was not true. I didn't live in that house 5 years ago. I did have a claim due to a power surge in 2024 to repair electrical circuits that were fried as a result of the power surge. Another reason for denied coverage was because my house which had an expansion 17 years ago had standing seam metal roofing on the new areas and shingles on the original section of the house. That part of the house had new shingles in 2022. We moved into the house 2.5 years ago. They said because my roof had two materials that was another reason for denial. When i explained these facts in my emailed reply, I got no response back from the company. If you ask me whether I'd recommend this company I would have to give a resounding no. Poor communication and groundless reasons for denial. I was immediately able to get coverage from Bracken Insurance with no issues.

Lucky for me, unlucky for them I have documentation and my husband, daughter and leasing agent all heard my conversation. I am guessing they record their conversations, but instead they paint me to be lying and then act like I'm uncivilized. I don't spend close to $10k a year to be treated like trash. I have never had a speeding ticket or been in an accident and we have been loyal State Farm customers. The good news is I have found several other companies that we will save thousands a year with. Initially I would have left zero stars if possible, but I feel that one star is earned for their assistance motivating me to source a new insurance company.

I have emailed him each time letting him know he has the wrong email and he does nothing. I get the notifications on my email for payment reminders, payment receipts and even cancellations. Obviously they aren't getting those payments reminders so their insurance gets cancelled almost every month. Because of a negligence of this man. Don't go to him or your insurance will lapse without you knowing and God forbid you have an accident and aren't covered!
