Turns out the former owner had used silicone in an elbow joint that wasn't sloped properly, so when it didn't drain at the rate it should, it would drip. The silicone had worn down, so John and the team applied gutter grade sealant with no complaints and no extra charge. The gutters are working great. I definitely trust this team with my business.

Logan responded almost instantly to my inquiry and then provided me with an EXTREMELY reasonable price for the job, a price so reasonable that it was significantly less than the price another contractor wanted to change me to do the same job. Logan and I arranged a time to meet so that he could look over my home and cement the job commitment. He provided me with a schedule of when he would start the job and when it would be completed. He and his team were incredibly dependable and even finished the job a day earlier than I expected. And the work he did on my floors is simply astounding. I mean jaw-droppingly good. The kind of perfection that makes me want to come to a website like this to write this review and refer him to all of my friends and family who need work done on their floors. The floors in my home were worn, grey, scuffed and just plain old with use and time. They now look brand new and have been stained a beautiful dark color that Logan helped me select.
