I've never been to a cafe that mainly specializes in juice more than coffee but that's what made it so unique & one of a kind - honestly something I'd expect to see in LA! I love how they have a good range of juices and smoothies for those that what to be extra healthy, want an energy boost or have something packed with protein - they catered for all of that! They do have coffee beverages available but juice shines in this cafe. They also have some food items here but they don't have any displays or pictures of it & it's really limited in range. The staff were nice & I do love how they understand wellness shots though - their turmeric and ginger shots are good ;) I wish more places did this. But the space itself, is awesome. It's spacious & just the place I'd love to go to get some laptop based work done or to read a book or chill out with friends. Their music choices suit their decor vibes also. I've been to their other space at the Sydney airport - not bad either but they don't have a nice seating area like they do on Pitt St. Coming here again when I'm in Sydney to have a proper drink & sit down !

They had a few options for a sandwich but I was more in the mood for some kind of energy bar or like a fruit cup as opposed to a full on sandwich. It was a really good space for groups, for solo studying, or just to take a cute selfie with your friends while living that #heathylife

The menu had some really great options from coffee to healthy bowls and you can even adjust them to fit any dietary restrictions you may have. During our visit we ordered an iced coffee with coconut milk, the Rio Bowl and the Ocean Bowl. I absolutely loved the cute wooden block we got to flag our order down with while we waited. So many unique touches to really make the experience a memorable one. When we got our order I admired the food art for a little too long and almost didn't want to eat and ruin the beautiful bowls before us... ALMOST!! When I first dipped my spoon into the Ocean Bowl, I was instantly taken to a tropical paradise in one fabulous bite of the strawberry and passion fruit together. Wow is pretty much all I could say between bites! The homemade granola on top was also something to write home about because it was fresh, chewy and full of healthy flavor. Most places top your cold bowls with hard granola that makes you concerned you might break your teeth but not here. I also really enjoyed the fresh coffee. I decided to add coconut milk to mine for some extra flavor and didn't regret it for a second. It spoke to my southern soul, too, because it was served up in a mason jar. If I lived here, I know this place would be where I would hang my hat to relax and blog.

Filled with Mint, Spinach, Celery and Apple it gives you your green hit with the freshness and yumminess of Mint. The cabinet was bulging with fresh salads which looked like a clean eaters paradise. There was also fruit salad, yoghurt and fresh coconuts for those wanting a more tropical food experience. I got back to the office with my Minty Mix in hand and one of my colleagues was super excited to hear that the Top Juice had opened at the MLC Centre.
