I had to sell my house on short notice. Initially, after a very poor experience with Keller…read moreWilliams, I researched a competent and knowledgeable real estate agent, Brittany Armenta. She met with me the next day after having wasted months with a different agent, and wow, I was blown away. Brittany knew the market inside and out and had the confidence to do what needed to be done to make a quick sale happen. She was as prepared as it gets, super communicative, and understand how to deal with the intricacies of my particular sale. I kid you not - within six days of going live on the market, we had an offer over the asking price with most contingencies waived. The open house was flowing with people despite the unfavorable weather and the issues with my solar loan. No problem was too big for her and her team to handle. If I needed extra boxes, they were delivered. She negotiated on my behalf with her vendors to get inspections done ahead of time (a sales tactic that worked well). She is also personable and genuinely cares about your situation. She makes time for you regardless of how busy she is. Her communication skills are top notch and the best of any realtor I've ever worked with. The irony is I had the polar opposite experience with a different agent at the same office, but don't let that dissuade you from working with one of the best real estate agents in the Bay Area. Brittany uses the latest technology and sales techniques to present your house in the best possible light while disregarding the minor details that do not matter. Hire her if you want to sell for top dollar and work with a team who knows what they are doing. She is the best.

From start to finish, she was knowledgeable, responsive, organized, and truly had our best interests in mind every step of the way. Selling a home and aligning it with the purchase of a new one can be stressful, but Leticia made the entire process feel smooth and manageable with her guidance and constant communication. She went above and beyond to answer our questions, keep us informed, and ensure everything stayed on track. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication really stood out, and we always felt supported during such an important transition. We are so grateful for all of her hard work and would highly recommend Leticia to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Thank you again for helping us successfully sell our home!

His handyman is highly incompetent and charges high prices for shoddy or incomplete work. John overpriced my rental resulting in a delay in getting a new tenant, refused to obtain proof of all income and told me the previous tenant left the place "immaculate". Even though professional cleaning of the windows and carpets is required in the contract, he didn't require the vacating tenant to complete these items. I've spend over $700 to replace screens, wash the windows, replace blinds and other items that should have been paid for by the tenant. Beware, this company does what's easiest for them, not what's best for their client. We must have looked at over 30 houses together and I never felt any pressure to make a decision or felt that John was frustrated with how picky I was. What I enjoyed most about working with John was his knowledge of the area. He really looked out for my entire family - helping us choose the right school district and a great neighborhood. There were a few houses that I considered that would have been a mistake and John was confident enough to be firm in his opinions and guide me into making the right decision. Not only was John a great real estate agent, but he has also become a family friend. When our moving truck was delayed he showed up with a few boxes of necessities including pots and pans, blow-up mattresses, and linens. That really helped us through not a tough time. Thanks John! If you are looking for a new home or considering selling your current home you will not find a better option than John Fink.

Marianne is so knowledgeable, hardworking, and will fight to the end of the earth for her clients. She also deeply cares for the people she represents. I know she's working in my best interest always. She handled the sale of my mom's home that was within a trust, out of the area, and filled with two generations of stuff. I was an emotional wreck and she came in and guided me through it all. We got over asking, all cash deal within 10 days of going to market. Above and beyond work every day -- from clean up, to prep, to staging, to marketing, to negotiating. I'm just so fortunate to have had Marianne represent me. I can't emphasize enough how hard the whole selling decision was for me. She was patient, we explored various options together. When we ultimately decided the right decision was to sell, she sprang into action and got it done quickly so I could move on from a heartbreaking situation. Her style is uniquely hers. There's no bullshit. Marianne is going to tell it to you straight, but I personally wouldn't want it any other way. I can't say enough great things about Marianne!!! Hire her; you won't regret it.

Everything was fine until the tenant stopped paying, and anyone who has dealt with these issues knows how stressful it can be. Lost and extremely frustrated, I called Marianne after doing some research on Yelp. Marianne was completely calm, confident, and professional. She quickly gathered basic information about us, the property, and the tenant. She informed us that she will be taking over and assured us that we will regain possession of the property. By that evening she had already sent over all the necessary DocuSign's and within the next couple days she was negotiating with the tenant on our behalf. Removing tenants for non-payment is devastating for both parties, so Marianne was firm, but also kind and compassionate. She was able to repossess the home within 15 days, without having to go through the process of an eviction, which was our goal from the beginning. Communication was always very quick, clear, and concise. My husband and I had so many questions since it was our first time going through something like this. She has a very extensive knowledge of real estate, the laws involved, and in general how tenants tend to behave, but she was also very patient and thorough when advising us. As someone that runs her own business and manages 100+ properties, Marianne is obviously a very busy person. I expected her staff to communicate with us after the tenant vacated the property. However, Marianne was our point of contact the entire time, which was very impressive. Marianne did not collect a penny from us during the entire tenant removal process, which really speaks to her confidence in her abilities as a property manager and her generosity as well. She is also well connected in the real estate space as all the references she provided to prepare the property for the next tenant were excellent. Our home was on the market for less than 2 weeks when she presented 2 solid potential tenants. Given how smoothly everything went up until this point, we were completely confident in letting her decide which tenant would suit us best. When we finally got to meet her in person, she told us that she takes care of all her properties like they are her own and after witnessing her work, it's clear that the service she provides is a direct reflection of her genuine passion for real estate and helping people. If you are looking to rent out your property, we absolutely recommend working with a property management group, but specifically, Marianne. Thank you Marianne. We appreciate everything that you have done for us, and we look forward to working with you for a long time!

Our entire move started as a "just curious" conversation. I saw a listing that looked interesting and called Jessica out of the blue to ask about it. I was honest and told her we were not planning to move. She still took the time to look into it and never once made us feel pressured. That house was already sold, but Jessica asked us to send her a list of our "Unicorn House" criteria, everything we wanted plus staying in the same school zone. She said she would keep an eye out for us. Within a couple of days, a friend mentioned their neighbor's home was going on the market. I checked out the details and it was almost unreal, it matched our list perfectly. I immediately called Jessica and said, "We want to write an offer, can you help?" She did not skip a beat. Here is the crazy part: We were not preapproved. We had not prepared to sell. We had zero plans to move. Jessica understood the urgency and sprang into action. She came over the next evening, walked through our home, and gave us a clear 7 day game plan to get our house ready to list so we could meet the 15 day contingency period. She told us exactly what to focus on and what we could skip, which was huge. For 6 days straight we hustled, fixing, cleaning, decluttering, and packing. It was intense and exhausting, but Jessica stayed upbeat, responsive, and honest. When we felt overwhelmed, she helped us prioritize and kept reminding us of the bigger picture. Day 7, the photographer came. Day 8, Jessica held an open house. The following day, we had an offer. Getting an offer that quickly in this market felt almost unheard of. While we were in the weeds at home, Jessica managed every detail behind the scenes for both transactions, the sale of our current home and the purchase of the new one. What I appreciated most was her approach to problem solving. She did not call us in a panic, she called us with options. Anytime there was a tough call to make, she laid out the choices and the pros and cons so we could decide quickly and confidently. On Day 30, we closed on both homes. Leaving our house of 13 years was emotional, but Jessica made sure the process itself was as smooth as possible. And she did not just disappear after closing either. Since our new house had been a rental for over 15 years, some issues popped up right away. Jessica was still there, helping us sort through things and pointing us to the right resources. The personal touches meant the world to us. She brought our 8 year old a "moving" book to help with the transition, surprised us with Halloween decorations on our new porch when she heard we would not have time, and gave us a watercolor portrait of our old home so we could bring a piece of it with us. Bottom line: Jessica is the rare combination of knowledgeable, proactive, and genuinely caring. We managed to buy and sell a home in 30 days because she was in our corner. If you are thinking about moving, or even just curious, talk to Jessica. I would recommend her to anyone.

We had nothing but the best experience in 2022 with Corinna. Back then, she was proactive, attentive, patient, efficient, and listened to all my needs and concerns (we closed in less than 22 days). This time around, nothing changed...she is still all that and more. One of the biggest elements in both selling and buying at the same time is the fear that the current home may not sell as fast given the current conditions, and the thought of having two mortgages for a few months crossed our minds. Corinna strategized a well thought out plan in both buying our new construction home and selling our previous home. And voila...the timing was impeccable! We closed on our new home on May 29, and closed on our previous home on June 9. What perfect timing! Corinna is someone we trust. She provided sound advice that helped drive our decisions. On 3/15/2019 at around 5:30pm I answered the door of my home to find Ms. Salinas standing there with a large group of people. She informed me that she was a realtor and was there to show my home to the group of people standing behind her. I told her that my home was not for sale and that she had the wrong address. She then stated that "they" did tell her that there were tenants, but that we should be expecting her that evening to show the house. I told her again that my home was not for sale. She then replied that my home was sold in a trust the day before, and then remarked loudly, that my family and I were more than likely going to be kicked out. Not only was that extremely unprofessional, but it was also highly insensitive. When I turned and saw my daughter standing there with tears in her eyes, her callous remark pissed me off! Rather than match her level of callousness I told her that we did indeed rent the home, but that we knew the owners very well, and they would never just sell the house without giving us a heads up. She then pulled out her phone and started showing me pictures of the listing on Zillow. I told her that although the house in the listing looked like our home, and the address matched, it was in fact, not our home. I tried to explain to her that all the homes in our neighborhood were tract houses, so most of them look alike. I also pointed out that the pictures of the rooms in the house did not match the rooms in my home. She still insisted that it was my home shown in the Zillow listing and that the owners just did not tell us that the house was sold. I told her that I needed to figure out what was going on, but regardless of whatever was going on, she and her group were not coming inside my home. Anyway, 30 minutes later we discovered that whomever had posted the listing had transposed a number in the address and the home that was actually for sale was located up the street. The owner of my house called her and the person who posted the listing to demand that they correct it, which they did the next day. It's unfortunate that Ms. Salinas was not professional enough to return and apologize to me and my family. If she had, I would not have felt the need to write this review.
