I spent weeks calling and leaving messages but no one would answer or call me back. Because of this I left a negative google review. That was 5 years ago. Since then the owner, Kelly, has been harassing me over text and email every couple months, even though I asked not to be contacted again. I have blocked several numbers and emails, but they make new ones. Overall, it's probably the worst experience I've had with any company. As contractors there's no one to hold them accountable, and they take full advantage of that.

In 2024, I obtained insurance quotes from several insurance companies, and my husband and I decided to purchase auto, home, and umbrella insurance policies through Madia Insurance Agency, which sells Erie insurance, because they had the best communication, coverage, and premiums. Since then, my husband and I used the auto insurance to pay for a replacement windshield after a rock had flown off the road and cracked the glass. Madia Insurance recommended a particular repair shop. The repair shop replaced the windshield but unfortunately also cracked a bracket for the camera. We paid $100, and Erie paid the rest. Madia Insurance contacted the repair shop and got them to replace the windshield again and the camera bracket for free. My husband and I felt very happy that Madia Insurance advocated for us.

Chaka was extremely responsive over e-mail at answering all of my questions in a timely manner. I also spoke with Kevin a bit, who was also very helpful. Their quote with Erie insurance was competitive, and I liked the coverage and policy more than the competition. To date, I have not had to file a claim, so I can't speak to that process. I hope to keep it that way!
