Excellent service and value. I had a clogged dryer vent and they spent a long time cleaning out the birds nests and lint that had accumulated. It was a dirty job, and they did it for the same price they would have charged for an ordinary dryer vent cleaning. What a great guy, very professional, patient with my questions and clean. He made sure my home was protected from any soot as he cleaned. Super quick and efficient! Daniele was great getting back to us quickly on yelp and we were able to set up an appointment within a couple of days. He arrived at the house and got right to work, checking our chimney for any issues and cleaned it out for us. He also recommended getting a top cover and told us exactly where to get one and how much it would cost at home depot. Daniel is a friendly, honest and hard working family man. I called him because my spark arrester blew off my chimney in high winter winds. He was able to come by the same day (within the hour), and replaced the spark arrester and at my request did a lot of education about my fireplace and how do use it properly. He also did a walk around on my roof and noticed that there was an area that didn't have proper flashing- a future problem if not corrected. I handed him my phone and he took pictures of the problem areas - areas that I would never have gone up on a ladder to have seen. I asked him to check my chimney to see if it needed cleaning, and he didn't try to sell me on something that I didn't need. Also, he went out of his way to give me the name of a person who sells wood at a reasonable price. I am totally impressed by his neighborly demeanor. Of course, he may not be available so quickly in other circumstances. But I trust him to call you back, and you certainly will get more than what you paid for. read more

The heavy rains overloaded a section of our dirty gutters, causing rain water to overflow onto a large floor to ceiling window and seep into our carpet. The gutter in question was located in a very difficult to reach location. We needed help fast. I checked Yelp and called Daniel. He was on a job up in San Jose, but said he would do his best to get to our Carmel house by the end of the day. Luckily the sun came out and Daniel and his helper arrived at 3PM the very same day I called and professionally cleaned ALL our gutters in just a few hours! They did an extremely thorough job; using a hose to simulate heavy rainfall and triple-checking that the gutters and downspouts were completely clear and allowed for proper water flow. To be honest, I did not expect to be able to find anyone willing to come by on the same day -- Daniel was a life-saver, did a wonderful job, and at reasonable prices. Daniel did a great job cleaning the gutters on our small Monterey Peninsula house! He answered our initial call promptly and was able to fit us into his schedule about a week later (which is fast around here--we live in an area with lots of trees and nearby forests, so fall is a busy time of year for gutter cleaning!). On the appointed day, he was able to come a bit earlier than expected and called to see if that would be okay, which it was. He arrived in his very professional-looking van with all the necessary equipment and spent about an hour and a half getting the leaves and debris out of our gutters and downspouts, off the roof, and on the skylights, which had become pretty dirty. He also cleaned up a lot of the leaves that had fallen over other parts of our property.
