From the initial phone call to the gutter cleaning, Jesse and his team were on time, efficient, and thorough. While he was up on the roof, Jesse showed us where he found a few cracked tiles and explained that they weren't posing any issues yet, but we should get them repaired/replaced at some point. Since we had extra tiles lying around, he came back the following week to work on the roof. Additionally, when we asked if there was anything we could do about a few of our gutters being extra loud during the rain, he offered to come back to install some sponges that might dampen the sound of the rain hitting the gutters without blocking water flow. They also installed a jack for the electrical pole, my electrician secured with a bunch of caulk, and cleaned my gutters. During the gutter cleaning they found my storm drains were clogged and advised me to call a plumber. Now I'm all set for the winter storms.
