They came out worked pretty fast... but the issue with that is... they didn't properly protect the property from any possible accidents that may occur. They are seen on video careless allowing a heavy tree limb to slam to the ground. We were not there and by the time we got there they were done for the day. My fiancé noticed the driveway had a huge crack on it. TWO to be exact. And the cement was was sunk in. THIS IS A FAIRLY NEW, PRIME CONDITION DRIVEWAY. It doesn't even have oil stains. Heres the findings of just one of the contractors we had inspect the damage In short, we found: - A triangular break at the left edge of the driveway, about 4 ft x 2 ft, at the control joint near the garage. The corner has sunk, and the break is fresh. - Bark drag marks and wood residue across the driveway, from the street up to the garage. I immediately contacted them when my finance pointed it out to me... that was in THURSDAY. They have yet to respond to my calls, texts AND multiple emails. This is after they told me to text them the photos. They answer the phone but the woman who answers insists on acting slow as if she doesn't know why I'm calling. I made it clear that I want a copy of their CERTIFICATE IF INSURANCE... and to speak to someone because I was lied to and told someone would be out to the property to inspect the damage. They only thing they did was come and finished grinding down the stump. Thankfully we didn't get a chance to submit payment because they are proving to be everything these previous reviews state they are.
