The owner Russell came out to do an estimate on removing a massive tree in our yard which was doing considerable damage to our house. The tree proved to be a formidable foe for the team, but they persevered and got the tree cut down and hauled off in due time. One of the amazing things is the lack of debris left behind. Unfortunately, this summer (July-August) a weed issue went untreated and ended up overtaking most of my grass. I only got real attention after escalating the concern myself. A supervisor visited, openly acknowledged that the service had fallen short, and refunded two months of payments -- which I appreciated. He also explained that the lawn is now damaged enough that it will need to be restored next spring.(Read I will need to pay to re-sod it) At the moment, my yard is patchy, brown, and in far worse shape than before, I want to note this is the original yard I've had at the house for 17 years and having used other treatment services) - their back-office obviously didn't get the message - so I still continue to receive calls to book additional treatments. I'm sharing this so other homeowners understand the experience I had. The supervisor was professional and honest, but the overall lack of proactive care and follow-through this year was disappointing. I hope their service approach improves because the situation could have been avoided with better attention earlier in the season.
