My original review still stands regarding their tree service. They did a good job with the tree removal and yard cleanup, and the quality of the work itself was good. However, after hiring them for ongoing yard maintenance, my experience was unfortunately very different. Communication became difficult, appointments were often missed or significantly delayed, and it was hard to know when they would actually show up. Since we travel frequently, reliability and communication are very important to us, and this became a major issue. I also found their pricing to be noticeably higher than other companies offering similar services in the area. I don't write this to criticize the company unfairly, but I do want to provide an accurate update so future customers can make an informed decision. If you're looking for a one-time tree service project, they may be a good option. However, based on my experience, I would be cautious about relying on them for ongoing scheduled maintenance.

The grass didn't take at all and 2 of the 3 arborvitae died (despite same level of watering and light exposure). I chalked it down to weather etc. and requested their services to redo the grass and some weeding, clean-up. They came by and quoted $800 on the cheap end (re-seeding) and $1200 to remove the old grass and plant new one. I told them it was too expensive and pointed out what hadn't worked from their earlier work and I was having to redo. They just shrugged and tried to say things like because of watering etc. but it didn't make sense. Disappointing for them to not take any responsibility and quote even higher prices. The search for a good yard service continues.

They come out to give an estimate, are nice and helpful but be careful once you hire them...IF you can get them to respond to your emails/calls. When Brett finally came out to cut some trees, his guy drove in my landscaping leaving a tire rut that now fills with water and ran over a plant killing it. When I pointed it out to Brett he got mad and said multiple times, angrily, they didn't do it, calling me a liar. He finally said they'd take care of it "but we didn't do it." I saw them do it. Weeks went by and no sign of them or contact. I sent them an email and now, after weeks, still no word. Apparently they don't need the money as their customer service is pitiful. There are plenty of tree services out there, stay clear of these guys!!
