Daniel and his team were outstanding overall -- with communication, work ethic, timeliness of service, and value of the service. In the span of a week, they completed flattening out a slope in our yard, adding retaining walls, installed a wi-fi sprinkler system, and replaced areas of mulch with gravel as we requested. Communication: he always responded to messages and was prompt with replies. He kept me in the loop and always checked in to make sure each stage of the process was where we wanted to be. He would also suggest changes in design to make sure the overall outcome looked good. He was also quick to make changes if we requested to add something. We appreciated overall transparency to the process. Work ethic and timeliness: the project was completed in a week. We could rely on his team arriving at the same time everyday, and if they would come a little later, Daniel would always let us know. As above, if there were some additions or changes we made to the initial estimate/design, he would make sure to accommodate them and still work within the budget we had initially agreed upon. Value: We shopped around from multiple landscaping services, and he offered the best value with reliable communication and offered photos of the products he intended to use. We talked extensively and planned for a meeting on Thursday night between 5 to 7pm ... more than 4 days before the appointment ... the day of he doesn't show ... when I called him after his latest arrival time he says he is in too much traffic and not gonna make it .... you would think he'd have the courtesy of letting one know with a phone call ... he is obviously biting off more than he can chew ... no call, no show, I differently do not recommend. read more

After contacting Daniel through Yelp, he quickly got back to us to set up a time to visit and give us an estimate. I cannot believe what a good job he and his crew did! We had them tear down and replace one side of our fence, with a double gate, move 2 bushes, move a patch of irises, clean up a rose bush, trim a laurel bush and remove rocks from 4 different spots. It was a lot of work but it all turned out perfect and just how we wanted! Originally, he thought it would take about 3 days but it ended up taking 5. I'm glad that he took the extra time to get everything right and did not just throw it together. He used treated wood and sunk all of the posts for the fences in cement so they would not rot.
