Doctor is great and knowledgeable. But unfortunately I will not be returning to this office. I was there as a new patient back in January. The girls there didn't realize i was still in the waiting room. They talk bad about the patients after they would get off the phone. Another reason is their "administrative fee" of $85. No other office is doing this. Then another fee of $28! I asked why and she said it's for seeing male doctor and someone being in the room while I am being examined. Then the girl who brought me in very unprofessional with a face tattoo. So "ghetto" and dirty. My review is for the front office. Everytime I've gone in for an appointment I never get greeted with a hello or good morning. I get greeted with "you owe this much" She (I believe her name is Arianna) always tells me we're collecting for your visit. There have been times when she doesn't even explain why she's collecting. I have to ask "what it is I'm paying for." The only reason I will not change doctors is because Dr. Danielzadeh, who has delivered my children, is an amazing doctor. As the son of a OB/GYN, and somebody who has been in the business world for several decades, I find Dr. Danielzadeh's practice of charging a $50 administrative fee to be smarmy at best, not to mention unconscionable (in legal terms). This fee wasn't revealed prior to my wife showing up for her scheduled appointment; had she walked out of the appointment without agreeing to his administrative fee, she would have likely been charged a missed appointment fee. Did she really have a choice but to sign it? That's call COERCION (and by the way, Doctor Danilezadeh, check with your attorney; agreements made under coercion are not typically enforceable). I gave him the benefit of two stars, because my wife appreciates his medical skills. Something tells me that prior to initiating this ridiculous fee, Dr. Danielzadeh managed to do just fine, financially. The scene from the movie "Wall Street" comes to mind...Gordon Gecko standing in front of a large group of his followers..."Greed is good" he said. I'm not sure I agree. Dr. Danielzadeh is a fantastic OB-GYN. Like most other women, I initially preferred a female for my prenatal care, but all of the highly recommended female OB's in my area were booked up for weeks, and I was impatient to get an ultrasound of the growing baby in my belly at 8 weeks. I realized that male OB's probably have more availability, so I gave Dr. Danielzadeh a call, and was able to get an appointment immediately. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and they followed COVID protocols well. I saw him regularly throughout my pregnancy, and I was so grateful to have him deliver my baby. I was able to express every single concern I had and gave him a thought-out birth plan, which he accommodated to the extent that was safe for me and my baby. He listened to my needs and respected my preferences, but also took wonderful professional care of us to make sure we had the safest delivery possible. He was always available and accommodating, even for my postpartum concerns, which I appreciated so much. Dr. Danielzadeh is thorough, knowledgeable, and professional. I am so happy with my experience and could not recommend him more for prenatal care and any of your gynecological needs. Unfortunately I'm not able to write a positive review in my booking process for an appointment as a first time patient. I was so turned off by the lack of professionalism and knowledge his staff has.. their demeanor was short and snarky. I work in the medical field and I know it's stressful but any negative demeanor should never reflect in the tone towards patients and customer service. The whole experience felt like I was calling county clinic for an appointment. I hear he's a great doctor but his staff falls short. His staff needs to be retrained in communication, customer service, professionalism, and phone etiquette. I underwent an abdominal hysterectomy to remove my large uterine fibroids. I understood that just my uterus would be removed. We never discussed the removal of my ovaries. However, Dr. Danielzadeh performed a bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy (removal of the ovaries and fallopian tubes) WITHOUT MY CONSENT. I have no family history of ovarian cancer, but this is not even the point I am trying to make. This is supposed to be a separate decision that a patient and her doctor make before the surgery is performed. I FEEL VIOLATED AND BETRAYED BY SOMEONE I WAS SUPPOSED TO TRUST. I wonder how Dr. Danielzadeh would feel if he went in for a medical procedure and the surgeon removed his testicles without his consent. I'm curious as to what his reaction would be. Dr. D. knew I was not a candidate for hormone replacement therapy, yet he still removed my ovaries. Since the surgery, I've been experiencing constant hot and cold flashes, bone loss (osteopenia), sensitivity to sounds, extreme mood swings, and anxiety along with depression (to just name a few). I've lost a job because of my uncontrollable crying spells. I consulted with a psychiatrist who put me on various medications. Unfortunately, nothing has helped. I met with and called Dr. D to question him about why he removed my ovaries. He gave me different answers each time. The last time I called the doctor's office, which was just about a year ago, I spoke with Victoria. She was condescending toward me as if my issue meant nothing. I was again reaching out for help, telling her that I still felt horrible and could not stop crying. Her soulless, dismissive reaction toward me upset and disturbed me. Several days later two LAPD officers came to my residence. They claimed they had a tape from Dr. Danielzadeh's office accusing me of threatening to commit SU _ C _ DE and wanting to harm others. This accusation was exaggerated and twisted. After being told I would be returning home before the day's end, I was put in handcuffs, subjected to a body search, and lied to. To say I was confused and traumatized would be an understatement. My roommate was equally stunned. I spent all day and night (without food) at OLIVE VIEW COMMUNITY MENTAL HEALTH URGENT CARE CENTER IN SYLMAR. The next morning, I was strapped into a gurney as if I were Hannibal Lecter and then transferred to PACIFICA HOSPITAL OF SUN VALLEY, PSYCHIATRIC HOSPITAL where I would remain for about one week. The treatment I received at this despicable hospital is an entirely different narrative. I am still traumatized by this experience and forever will be. I SPOKE UP FOR MYSELF and in doing so I WAS PUNISHED FOR DR. DANIELZADEH'S EGREGIOUS ERROR. He and his staff attempted to silence me through victim-blaming. Their "blame everything on the 'mental illness'" approach is the most pervasive form of GASLIGHTING I've experienced. To make matters worse, I visited my local division of the LAPD to get more information about this case. After about 45 minutes of searching the database and making phone calls, the officer was only able to come up with an incident number and the identity of the caller. He informed me that a "Victoria" from the doctor's office made the call. However, he had no record or evidence of any tape. As a victim of multiple forms of abusive behavior inflicted upon me by members of this office, I have become empowered to advocate for other victims of medical gaslighting. A gynecologist office always have paper drapes, Gowns and table covers and it needs to be cleaned between each patient this is not changed prior to Covid after Covid but now they seem to have a need to charge each patient $10 for materials/cleaning supplies due to Covid.I could've brought in a bottle of bleach if that's what they wanted but to charge each and every patient a $10 fee, Really? And then Not tell them prior to getting there and I could not be seen without paying it. Dr. Danielzadeh is a wonderful physician and so is his nursing staff. The only issue is the financial wench that came out of nowhere 4 months before my pregnancy and is asking me to pre pay money before any medical services are performed. She started getting aggressive out of no where during a routine appointment saying "I may need to pay next time and to be prepared." I asked for what? She said the co pay for the delivery. I told her I'm still in my second trimester and she started yelling around the office asking if "I was in the clear??" (Context : me worried about a miscarriage) she questioned the validity of my first miscarriage and demanded money like a witch with no soul. She then had the nerve to treat me like I was poor and asked me for a $100 right then and there after telling be to "be prepared next visit" and then asked for what I'm going to pay today? This woman is nuts. I've never been treated so badly and so disrespectful before. Especially the way she handled my concerns about my pregnancy. This is not normal to be asked to prepay before my insurance company gets involved. She wouldn't even provide a proper amount. I'll definitely be filing a complaint to the hospital and calling my insurance company about this pre pay nonsense she keeps demanding. read more

Sadly I stopped coming due to his staff. One lady (the nurse I believe) was very very rude (this took place in 2019). Dr. Danielzadeh and his office has been in my life for years. He is by far the most caring and attentive doctor I have ever met. Back in 2016 he was there and took really good care of me when I went through my 2nd Ectopic pregnancy. I ended up having my tube removed and I wouldn't have wanted any other doctor do the procedure. The doctor gets 5 star from me but his staff, including the super rude Sonya, don't even deserve to be evaluated. Unfortunately the staff is under the impression that because you have a need to see the doctor, they can treat you with absolute rudeness and low class attitude. The doctor himself is fantastic, knowledgeable and but the staff, forget about them. I finally decided to put an end to my own horrible experiences with them and leave the doctor. Sonya and the rest don't belong to medical office or medical field at all. Butchery is a much better place for them. From the wait time, pla to spend almost at least a good 2 to 2 1/2 hour as the office is super inexperienced in managing time and they don't even have it in them to call you and let you know that for example the doctor has an emergency or is running super late, eve if you call and check on the schedule they won't tell you to come a bit later or try to be a bit accommodating. I work so i have to go during my work ours, but for seeing him, i have to take a whole afternoon for a 10 minute appointment. If you go there, don't pay your copay. I have done it twice, and both times, they sent me the bill again, because they cannot keep track of payments. Wait until the bill comes to your house and then pay. And if you are luck, you will not receive another one. Sorry doctor, you are really really a very good doctor, however you have the worst office staff ever. read more

I have been a patient at Dr Danielzadeh for some time snd it was a given that he would be the doctor to ultimately deliver my baby. I was having complications throughout my pregnancy and when most doctors would have said "it's normal" or "it's nothing to really worry about", Dr Danielzadeh listened and investigated. Together we formed a plan and put together a team of specialists to help just in case. Long story short, I ended up delivering very prematurely and thanks to Dr. Danielzadeh, my son is alive and well. I couldn't have made a better choice! read more

They will charge you a $50 "administrative fee" that has nothing to do with your copay or visit. It is to cover "extra time spent on the phone with insurance, etc." I don't think the patients should have to take responsibility to pay their staff, just pay them for the extra work they have to do! I also received an email a month after my visit saying they were going to automatically charge my card for my deductible which should've been covered by insurance, which has turned into a huge headache. Between my first and second child I had switched insurance providers and needed to find a new OB. I researched all the ones in my insurance plan and picked Dr Danielzadeh. He has a very kind manner and I believe a good deal of expertise. We found out during a 37 weak scan that my baby was breech. He discussed my options thoughtfully with no pressure in any direction which I appreciate. I decided to try an ECV at 39 weeks which he performed successfully and quickly with very little discomfort. The next day I was delivering my baby without a C-section. I also enjoyed the office staff. Stella is amazing. I did have some mixed feelings about my experience at Tarzana which is where you have to deliver but I believe that anywhere you go is dependent on the nurses that are on shift. We had a few wonderful ones, especially Julie in labor and delivery. read more

He was always knowledgeable, patient, thorough, kind and supportive. I visited Dr. Danielzadeh in 2016 and unfortunately he did not detect my pregnancy during my visit. I had come in for an exam to determine why I was experiencing a year of irregular periods and trouble conceiving. I wish the doctor had administered a pregnancy test because I later learned I was almost two months pregnant. I suggest any woman walking in the door to his office ask for a pregnancy test. He seemed like a kind doctor but I ended up finding a more suitable OBGYN to deliver my baby. While I did not have a pleasant experience dealing with their billing department at first, I did find Victoria to be very thoughtful and helpful. She is professional and kind. My current OBGYN got exposed to Covid and was unable to deliver our baby girl. Dr Danielzedah was his designated backup and I was very nervous to switch doctors especially right before delivery. I called the office on Monday and he was able to take me in immediately. Upon meeting Dr Danielzedah he made me feel comfortable and in good hands from the moment I met him. He was very thorough and patient and kind. The office also has very strict Covid procedures which I appreciate. We delivered our baby girl two days later. This was our second baby and the delivery experience was great. He was extremely calm and walked me through step by step on when to push and when to rest. I couldn't be happier. It's extremely rare for me to speak highly of a doctor of any kind. I'm not usually the one to rush to the doctor right away, for anything. With that being said, I highly recommend Dr. Danielzadeh. He is kind, compassionate, knowledgeable and informative. He takes his time with his patients, and quite frankly is the only doctor I feel confident to see. I've seen other OB's that have made me feel extremely rushed during an appointment. To the point that I forget to ask questions I had planned to ask. That is never the case with Dr. D and his staff. He is patient and thorough and overall a gem of a human being. His staff is friendly, professional and attentive. Sonya is sweet and personable. I've had my blood drawn with her a couple of times and both times were seamless without any pain or bruising. Victoria always takes care of my appointments. She is kind, and goes above and beyond to accommodate my busy schedule. I was referred by a co worker of mine, and I was very pleased with the punctuality and professionalism of the office. For those who have had issues in the waiting room; I kind of want to gently remind you, that OBGYN have all kinds of unpredictable schedules- they deliver babies, and babies don't care that you have an appointment. They come when they come, and there's not much anyone can do about that. The office waiting area is full of comfy seating, and a wonderful aquarium to help settle your nerves- Plenty of reading material, and friendly reception. Once I was admitted into a room, I quickly realized how awesome it was that they had a separate space for me to change into my gown! On this particular visit, I brought a guest with me for moral support, and I never feel very cute disrobing and putting on a paper gown- so this small detail really helped add to the experience all together. My visit was for a procedure that I absolutely loathe, but Dr. Danielzadeh talked me through all of it, and assured me it would be okay. He explained what he was doing, what it was being done for, and how we would proceed. As soon as the Lab results were available, he called me and spoke with me directly, and really made me feel like I could take all the time I needed asking questions, or getting clarification. He has excellent bedside manner, and is extremely patient, and gives you all of his attention and time. 5 Stars for this medical office; You guys keep doing what you do! read more
