After some treatments with Dr. Tang, I was able to get back into the gym in three days. The services that I requested are the acupuncture and cupping. I have never received acupuncture treatment and I must state that it has helped tremendously. Going to a trained and certified acupuncturist is very important. TCM Acupuncture is a clean and calm environment with licensed professionals. The doctors' priority is the patient's well being while addressing their concerns and pain. I suggest reviewing some studies on acupuncture from reputable sources (NIH, Harvard Medical, Case Studies) if you're unsure about acupuncture. If you're looking to add acupuncture to your variety of pain management techniques, please consider acupuncture at TCM Acupuncture Coral Gables. It takes a couple sessions, and I will continually go to maximize the benefits. The cupping service was soothing. I highly recommend for athletes of all kinds that overuse their muscles past their exertion. Overall, I am very happy with my experience here and will be a frequent visitor.

The place was a bit junky as described by others. In order to garner attention, as the gate was locked and there was no way to ring any type of doorbell-I knocked on the tin mailbox to see if anyone would hear...it wasn't attached to anything; surprisingly it just fell down!!!! Stayed there for almost 30 min after yelling and calling simultaneously to see if anyone would come. Finally went home defeated. She started harassing me at 2:45pm. At first she said I thought our appt was at 3. Sent her a text of the agreed 2pM time. Then she said she had it written for 2:30pm. I was still outside her spot at that time. Like a fool. Regardless she didn't apologize at all. She told me she didn't want to be yelled at and hung up on me after I spoke one sentence in a normal volume. She made herself the VICTIM. But I got my deposit back! Then hours later she sends a text saying she has me on video destroying her mailbox. Knocked on it and it fell as it was just sitting on concrete breaks. Didn't knock on it hard enough to even hurt my hand. Wasn't even mad at the moment it occurred. Says she's going to file a police report. Why would I hang around all that time later if I truly believe I've destroyed a mailbox. I blocked her and told her do whatever you want. Then she used another phone to text me more. I already did a google review with my first and last name. And I booked an appt as myself. But she texted me my full name and wrote "I've filed a police report" Stay away. This woman couldn't even just say sorry for no call and no showing me. She had to be the one something bad happened to. She ruined my entire day on purpose after I wrote the first review. So here's my second. Avoid this woman at all costs.

With most Groupons, I try to do my research before I buy. With this company, there were no reviews…read morethat came up on Yelp or Google. I thought I would take a chance and try them after looking at their website and reading their info. First of all, I thought I was buying a massage for a spa when only the Miami location is a spa. All the other locations are just random chiropractors offices in some strip mall. It's rolling the dice, you might get some nice location but then you might get what I got... Here is my experience today: I went to the West Palm Beach location which was in some gross, dirty strip mall at a sterile chiropractor's office where they do some physical therapy (which means the place was kept like an ice box). When I checked in, the woman behind the desk said I had to pay a 20% fee before getting my massage. I was appalled!!! Can you imagine walking into a restaurant where the hostess tell you to give your waiter his 20% tip before they would serve you? Now I don't mind tipping when someone has done his or her job but to be told to give a service charge before you even receive the service is ridiculous. NOT TO MENTIONED, THIS WAS NOT PRINTED ON THE GROUPON OR MENTIONED WHEN I MADE MY APPOINTMENT WITH SPA ADVANTAGE. There is nothing I find more disagreeable than when a business is not transparent about their fees, services. The reason you see all the same phone numbers on their website (except the Miami location) is because they just send you to some RANDOM places to get the massage! There's no quality control on the type of environment or massage therapists. The office was kept so cold because of the physical therapy sessions I could not relax. It was very uncomfortable when your muscles tense up because your body is freezing. The massage therapist was average. She was very friendly and professional but her technique was comparable to a new graduate. Bottom line: I consider this experience being Spa DIS-advantage.

Their Delray "location" is a Neurology doctors office where they rent a table! That's not bad..gets worse.....Office Manager Nancy --really??????!!!!! I finally got through on my last and truly final try and got an appointment from Nancy, showed up at a Neurology office and was told that they haven't been using this facility in weeks! No phone call to cancel, or explain or anything from anyone affiliated with Spa Advantage. Now that I JUST read the other reviews I realize that I was not alone. Way, way, way too many other fish in the sea! Won't be seeing you Spa Advantage in any of your "facilities".
