An oriental massage can be "bone on bone" or very elbow heavy, but just let them know your preference and tolerance for the pressure and it's fine ! Went for a couples massage with my husband and the lady got on him rubbing her body on his back. He asked for elbow and she went so low on his body that she was rubbing her breasts on him too. The set up of the rooms were 2 beds, so it gave it a couple massage vibe for my husband and I. He was able to get all the pain from his thighs he's had from riding bike.
