Long gone are the days when the dreaded "Dentist Appt" notification pops up on your calendar...when you're a patient of hers, you know you're in good hands. She's warm, knowledgeable and efficient! Always on time with her appointments, and gets the job done while also somehow finding a way to get to know you and make you laugh at the same time! I have had procedures done as well as general checkups and her follow ups go beyond the asks of the job. She's pretty "old school" in the best way possible - her job is to help keep your teeth healthy, and I've found other dentists often push you on things you don't need just to make money. Dr. Tart doesn't do this, but if you are interested in stuff like Invisalign or cosmetic (non necessity) procedures she will absolutely inform you on them. Oh! And her staff! So I got scolded and when I said it hurt really bad like I never have experienced before he was very blasé stating something like " oh well that means I got the money shot. Right where we want it." My face was so swollen, even I barely recognized myself. When the staff saw me they were kind and gentle. They realized I was in a lot of pain. Then I went back to the operatory. After examing my mouth, Dr. Cade told me that he had to do a procedure that required a needle. That scared me more than anything else at the time. I just knew that the shot would be unbearable. As he began to work on my mouth, I started wondering when he would give me that shot. When I asked him about that, he told me that it was already done and over. I never felt a thing. By the time he finished my dental work, I felt like a new person. His staff even called me later that evening to check on me. I have visited many dentists over the years and by far, Dr. Cade is the best! I would refer him to anyone, especially those who tend to be scardy cats like me! My crown popped off and I looked around for anyone on Delta Dental... I called and they set up a appointment for 45 minutes later. Just enough time to fill out easy online new patient forms... showed up and was created by the cutest most polite puppy. The receptionist was excellent and I was checked in quickly. Waited less than 10 minutes and they brought me in. Great people skills and super fast. They had been able to pull up all my records and were able to even do xrays with no stress. Very high tech. Super quick work and my crown is back on. Great prices as well. Side funny... I was wearing crocs and they pointed out that I could go over to the "sugar shack" to get a free donut... wonderfully nice and great people!!! She just wanted the abscess taken care of. They tried to make her get filling. She said no, she was already in too much pain. The dentist acknowledged the infection, but refused to do anything about it. Refused to even give her antibiotics. We spent 3 hours the next day at Med Express. That Dr. took ten seconds to tell her she needed antibiotics. I have NEVER in 59 years even heard of a Dr who refused to give antibiotics to someone with an infection.
