It was not until the bathroom Biscuit sink was installed that I discovered that Miracle Method applied the incorrect color to the bathroom tub/shower; it was White, NOT Biscuit. I immediately emailed Emily at Miracle Method on the same day. I was informed by Emily that "the estimators are out of town" for the next 4 weeks. Despite providing numerous pictures of the incorrect color, I was left with no other option but to wait a month for Brian, the Estimator, to come back out to my home to confirm the color was incorrect. When I contacted Emily to schedule the re-do to correct their error, I was informed that Miracle Method was booked out for the next 6 weeks. The owner denied my request for a refund. Clearly numerous dissatisfied customers successfully made credit card disputes because the only form of payment Miracle Method accepts is CASH and CHECK leaving me with no recourse but to be punished and penalized for 2 months and 2 weeks for Miracle Method's mistake. Although I wouldn't expect another customer to be rescheduled, Miracle Method has failed to find a prompt resolution to fix their mistake, such as offering overtime to a technician or placing me on a cancellation list. As I write this, I have 5 more weeks left so it goes without saying I would NOT recommend Miracle Method.

We had a terrible mishap with Kitchen Sales remodeling our kitchen while we were on Spring Break…read more Unfortunately, we came home to a water leak in back of the refrigerator that caused our hickory floors to buckle like tee-pees in 2 areas of our living room and kitchen. We also had a subpar sanding job from the original installer, so this new repair took extra sanding throughout our entire downstairs floor. One more to add, we had cupping when summertime came around. Chip Auten was my first thought of who could help us with this hardwood floor repair. Chip came right over to assess the damage and came up with a plan. One thing about Chip and his crew, they know their stuff about real hardwood, especially, Hickory. They delivered the wood planks and let them acclimate for 2 weeks. Then, scheduled the installation of the wood planks which took 2-3 days. The good news is we left for a 2 week vacation while they were doing the work. The crew was meticulous about dust and cleaning! Everyday during the install, we saw no dirt or signs of work being done in our kitchen! Mace was amazing and knowledgeable. Overall, the sanding took a little longer but the end result is beautiful. The hickory shows character with different grains and detail. The repair job came out excellent. I'll try to post before and after pictures of Auten Wide Plank Repair. Thank you so much for helping us through this truly stressful kitchen remodel. Chip does what he says and says what he does. After drawing a blank for any local firm to refinish them, I contacted Chip Auten and was delighted he was able to drive up within two days and evaluate my floors. He sent me a written plan and estimate the next day and we set a start date that was convenient for me. The work itself went much better than I expected. They covered all the cabinets in plastic before they started sanding. Each evening the crew cleaned up and left their equipment neatly unplugged and stowed out of the way. When it was time for me to select a color for the stain, they taped off grids near a window and applied samples from which I could choose. The job finished on time and on budget and when the plastic was removed from my cabinets there was nothing for me to dust off! Now I am enjoying the most beautiful natural wood floors! I couldn't be more pleased and feel I got both exceptional quality and outstanding service at a very reasonable price.
