Trying marijuana was on my bucket list. I knew absolutely nothing about what all the different kinds or how to purchase marijuana. The staff at Dank is the best. They are pleasant, professional and took the time to explain to me what everything was, how it would affect me, etc. The sales room is clean and well laid out, there are many items that could serve as souvenirs as well as the main product. The young man that assisted me was kind and answered all of my questions while putting me totally at ease. The stigma attached to marijuana was still in the back of my mind, but not after visited this terrific shop. If you are new to Marijuana this is the place you want to go. I have a chronic back and leg condition which causing daily pain, after using one of the products I felt calm and the pain in my back was greatly reduced. Dank is great! There are so many dispensaries in Denver now they all start to blend together, but Dank stands out. - first, their budtenders are awesome! They are friendly and VERY knowledgeable. They know their products and can help you find exactly what you are looking for. - it doesn't have all the fancy bells and whistles, but I think that's because they actually invest in their product more than their decor. No skunk weed here, just quality stuff. - it's a neighborhood place for neighborhood people. No touristy gimmicks. And actual residents to the neighborhood get a great discount on their purchases. This was my first trip into a marijuana dispensary and I am not certain of the prerequisites to working for one; but I had higher expectations. The girl with the long blonde hair made me very uncomfortable. She was condescending and made us feel like a burden or like we were stupid for not knowing a lot about the effects. The vibe straddled between snobby and trashy as we were one second being snubbed and then overhearing her giggle about cocaine. I know it's a weed store, but I was hoping to escape the vibe of a street deal and actually learn something. Oh, and no warning that they charge a TWENTY PERCENT TAX. read more

The customer service was absolutely atrocious. My partner and I decided we didn't want to purchase from the store after the first customer associate not allowing us to view the flower. Another disgusting POS decided to call us "rude" for leaving and told us "out of towners to never come back again" as we aren't welcome so if you're looking for a friendly place... think again. She called me a bitch and wished both of us to get Coronavirus and then told us both to hold our breath until we die (aka Kill ourselves!) all for not wanting to buy some flower... very cool. As first time visitors of Denver (celebrating my girlfriend's birthday) we decided to try a dispensary near our hotel and came across this place to some good reviews. We literally just left out more than pleased, the environment is super friendly and the staff was easy going. Matthew helped us out with all of our questions and really made the decision on what to get smooth, which seemed impossible because of their huge variety of edibles and flowers. My first experience at Dank was definitely a good one. The atmosphere is super laid back. Matthew was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. We went in with a specific product in mind and Matthew suggested another very similar product that had just won a cannabis cup award. We took his suggestion and couldn't be happier. I've patronized other dispensaries throughout the Denver metro area and once I stopped in Dank Colorado that was the end of the others for me. Highly impressed with the convenient "No wait! I came back to Dank after the prices on the Plains became unreasonable. Jay was at the counter and I came back to Dank as my COC. The 280 mi round trip is worth the drive; oz was & $180 oz (COC). First timer at Dank. I did do my research before I drove the 700 miles from Iowa. Dank rated pretty damn well when compared to the others. Dank is Top Dawg with price, goods and service. Trivia was fun and the dude had me feeling like I was on a game show. The lady who helped me was just as fun but at the same time had all the 411 on everything in the shop. I flew in from Philly and stopped by Dank on my first day out. I loved it so much I didn't feel the need to visit another dispensary while I was out there. As an aficionado of the pre-roll joint I can vouch that Dank is tops in this category. Too many other dispensaries in Denver consider pre-rolls as a way to rip off customers with schwag, but not Dank! Went here for the first time this past week after hearing about it from a friend of mine.. they were hella busy when I went in. Seemed like a bunch of peeps were stocking up for the apocalypse.
