They left their feeder hose connected to my RV and when I called they said it was my responsibility to reconnect my own service due to insurance liability. The rep who I talked to was very dismissive. Also, they dont credit back propane not used. Find another propane provider. This one sucks.

I've been renting a climate controlled storage unit for more than 2 years now. Per the contract,…read moreclimate controlled means the temperature is at least 65 degrees in the unit. Last winter they never turned the heat on--it was freezing in the unit, metallic items were cold to the touch, etc.; I called and they apologized and turned it. Weeks later, it was off again. This continued from January into March and finally the rep explained they were waiting for a propane delivery, apparently for three months(?). Same thing happened this year, starting in December. They don't turn the heat on, I call, maybe they put it in on for another week, then it's off again. The last phone call, the manager explained that it just *feels* cold because the unit's walls are metal, which was an even worse lie than the three-month long propane delivery. Making them even more unprofessional and dishonest, you can't get the manager on the phone ever and have to go through their corporate number to get anything done.

So since I used my credit card on line to get the $10 discount, I printed the statement "paid in full", which I had with me. I cancelled the installation and the gentleman at the counter told me I would not be charged, he had some BS answer that made no sense. I placed an order for heating oil with Penny-wise Fuel Inc. that has already been paid for through a government assistance program. Despite payment being issued, delivery was not completed. I was later informed that the driver could not make the delivery because my driveway was allegedly not cleared. This statement is inaccurate. The driveway was fully accessible, and no attempt was made to contact me at the time to address or resolve any concern. Since that missed delivery, my household has now been without heat for four days. During this time, I have repeatedly contacted Penny-wise Fuel Inc., explained the urgency of the situation, and made them aware that there are four young children living in the home. On multiple occasions, I was assured that delivery would occur "the next day." Despite these assurances, no delivery has been made, and there has been no proactive follow-up, no clear explanation, and no meaningful communication. At a minimum, I would expect timely and honest communication--especially when an essential service such as home heating is involved and payment has already been made. Instead, I have experienced broken promises, inaccurate claims, and inaction, which has caused significant stress and hardship for my household. I am requesting that this matter be addressed immediately, either by completing the prepaid delivery without further delay or by providing clear, honest communication regarding why the service cannot be fulfilled. I am submitting this complaint so that appropriate action can be taken and so others are aware of the service issues I have experienced.

If you receive liheap they'll treat you like trash and take their sweet time delivering while you freeze. The attitudes suck. I've been hung up on on occasions when asking when I'll get a delivery.
