This review is long overdue…read more My husband and I bought our house in 2022 and the first things we wanted to do was install our car charger and have someone look at our old electric to figure out if we needed to prioritize upgrades. Primo was the third company we reached out to for estimates and we chose them off of good vibes and competitive prices. I'm grateful for it. These guys are solid, honest people and won't recommend things you don't need. In fact, if you have a wild idea for something that is unnecessary or costly, they'll tell you up front so you know in advance. In addition to doing things the right way, they're respectful. I've chatted with a few companies about various house projects and David and Jesse treated me (a woman) like my input matters just as much as my husband's. It signals competence, excellence, and professionalism when, even though I say "my husband is the boss," a contractor checks with me just in case. And, it prevents arguments down the road. We've rehired Primo for light fixture swaps, outlet adds, new switch fixtures, and we plan to hire them for our upcoming upgrades because they're all around good people who do good work. Primo is a business that you root for, and are proud to support as a customer. We'll continue to work with Primo on our electric needs for all of these reasons and more. Thanks, guys!

David texted a lot with me and helped me figure out the permit situation with my city as well as getting a meter spot with SCE. His price was fair and they did quick work, installing everything in a day and change, with the permits, as well as doing a decent stucco job to close up the holes. They had my electricity back on the same day so I didn't have to empty my refrigerator/freezer. I'm posting this 6 months later as SCE took that long to actually upgrade my power to 200 amps, and I was waiting to make sure they didn't say there was some issue. Thanks Primo!

He worked with limited space (small sub-panel) and some neutral wire length constraints. Rather than try to upsell another, more costly solution, he was able to work with what I had to produce a high quality result at a very competitive price. The second work item I had Peter help me with was installing a 40 amp 2 pole breaker and an accompanying NEMA 14-50 receptacle for EV charging. He did a fast, clean and high quality job. Everything works perfectly! Before coming, Peter and I corresponded a lot through phone and text. He asked me great questions about my specific use case and tailored a solution to my use case. I appreciated how thoughtful and thorough he was in explaining everything he wanted and needed to do. He kept exactly to what we discussed and didn't try to upsell/do any necessary work. This was a very honest and pleasant experience. Price wise, he was the most competitive by far (probably because he was the most honest about what he would do). I contacted 4 other electricians and they all quoted $300-1500 above Peter's quote. They also tried to do a lot of unnecessary, expensive work. I will definitely have Peter come out again if I have any other electrical needs.

I contacted him late in the evening and he was able to respond quickly and come the next morning. He quickly inspected the problem and was able to offer a solution for my predicament. He is professional and very knowledgeable. Peter was recommended to me by a friend and I will tell everyone I know about him for electrical services. He will definitely be my forever electrician when I need him.

We did experience some slight miscommunication between the 2 office guys but overall nothing detrimental to the project. The drywall and stucco repair was FANTASTIC - the city inspector was very impressed.

Work completed between Dec 2024 - Jan 2025…read more Team & Process My wife and I had just closed on a house and contracted Electric Brothers to update the electrical work on our new home. Our home inspector had recommended Electric Brothers to us. They were very easy to communicate with. This was my first time working with a contractor at this scope. Thankfully the team was professional and accommodating to our questions throughout the whole process. I had a huge list of work I wanted done on the house and the crew were understanding and offered financially flexible options for the work. Early on we had an unrelated permitting issue on the house and Electric Brothers was patient and helped us come up with solutions on how to continue the work on the electrical permit without affecting the other permit. From the get go Kamea and Isaac came out to do a walkthrough of our home to decide what the scope of work would be. At this point we weren't certain of how we were planning on remodeling the house but Kamea and Isaac offered flexible solutions. They were able to get the permit and started on the work quite quickly. Jose, Jonathan and the rest of the crew got to work removing the panel and old outlets and switches. I had requested some change orders later on and Eric and David were able to accommodate quickly. After all the work was complete, Antonio and Marcos patched all the holes inside and out. The patch work even impressed our inspector and the electric company that stopped by to adjust our power lines. The whole team was great and was willing to offer a ton of great house advice in general. Scope of Work The scope of the work included a panel upgrade, moving the panel and adding grounding to the house. We had also extended our powerline above the roof of the house to give our backyard some more vertical space. For the full house rewire, we had replaced all the existing wire with new wiring and relocated many of the outlets and switches. Kamea and Isaac worked closely with us to position the outlets and switches exactly where we wanted them. This included outlets inside and outside. Throughout the process we did have many specific requests but the team was able to pivot quickly without hesitation. Of course this did cause some slight miscommunication in the office but nothing detrimental to the project. In addition to the rewire work we also wanted to set up the electrical for our future remodeling plans. Jose made sure the circuits in the kitchen would be appropriate for the new appliances we had ordered. We updated some of our exterior lights as well and added additional lighting in one of our bathrooms. Both bathrooms were updated with new Panasonic vent fans. I also requested the wiring to be set up for an electric car charger for the future. Summary All in all a great experience! We'd definitely work together again in the future. My best suggestion to other new homeowners for a project of this scale is to align on the specific project goals before the starting walkthrough. Apologies, if I misremembered or misspelled any of the team member's names.

We wanted quality workmanship by a licensed contractor that could pull the permit and pass inspection. I reached out to Live Conductor Electric /Enrique and he was very nice and was able to come out the next day to give a quote. He showed up on time and provided options for the work that needed to be done. We decided to go ahead with the work and he proved himself by once again showing up on time, completing the job, and cleaning up after himself. I give him credit for pulling the permit given LA COUNTY can be difficult due to my home being located in unincorporated South East Whittier. Finally, he notified us the inspection would take place the next day and he along with his crew were there to assist and answer any questions that the inspector may have had. His work passed the inspection with no problems or delays. We are extremely satisfied with LIVE CONDUCTOR ELECTRIC. Thank you.
