I let the employee know that I specifically wanted the mid rail of my shutters to line up with the mid rail of my windows (they are the type that slide up to open) so he took extra care to make sure everything matched up. A few weeks later they returned to install the shutters. I've had them for about a year now. I recently called them for a warranty repair (a couple of the frames were rubbing together, likely due to settlement) and they came out within a week and fixed them free of charge. Overall just a very solid experience. They're a responsive, no hassle company and their products are well priced and good quality.

We first worked with Rick 6+ years ago when we moved into our home. He installed shutters in our bedrooms and office, and they've held up beautifully. I remembered how professional and on top of everything he was, so I reached out again when we needed blinds for our bedroom. Jeremy and Parker came out for measurements and made the whole process incredibly easy. They walked us through options, gave thoughtful suggestions, and provided an estimate. All in about 10-15 minutes. About two weeks later, they returned for installation and were done in under 5 minutes. Everything was seamless. The best part is how it turned out. My wife and I made our order and paid the down payment on March 16th. We were told there was a chance we would get some of the order within 2 weeks and potentially could take up to 6 weeks for delivery. We never received an update after weeks passed, and after my wife tried calling and emailing multiple times we received one email a month later saying they would check status on our order...then we did not get a text until May 6th saying status was delayed. We've tried calling and texting multiples times with no response for the last 2 weeks and now we are coming on 10 weeks with no blinds and no status on where our order is. This is extremely frustrating especially with our down payment (50% up front). It does not seem like this is the norm for this company but our experience has been terrible so far. Hopefully they can make this right.
