Well, July 2025 was when my warranty expired. The first week of September I noticed the fence had a plank that was splintering and between the planks it's turning green from mold. I reached out the worthless Lowe's and was pretty told we have nothing to do with that since July of 2025 your warranty expired. Lowe's and Amigo Fence will leave you hanging if the product is defective. If this had occurred several months after installation, I would understand but still think if the product is defective more should be done to make things right. Sometimes it takes more than a year for defective products to appear. Lowe's has a reputation of treating their dedicated customer expendable. They will surely go out of business as many other American businesses that treat customers poorly. ​​

Amanda was fantastic; she stayed in constant touch, gave clear information at every step, and kept everything wonderfully organized. She made what could have been a stressful project feel smooth and effortless. Carlos was equally impressive. He came out to personally determine the action plan and immediately gave me confidence that he would personally do a great job. He's extremely knowledgeable, listened carefully to what we needed, and followed through on everything he said he would do and then some! His crew worked efficiently and produced high-quality work. There are many fence companies out there, but Summit Fence was the only one that genuinely made me feel like they understood exactly what needed to happen and had the capability and care to do it properly. Jacob was unable to get back to me in a timely manner due to personal reasons. In the meantime, I decided to sign with another company to complete the work I need on my property. I was disappointed that I hadn't heard back from Jacob, so I left a review here expressing that disappointment. Almost immediately upon submitting my review, the owner responded. A short time later, Jacob called to explain why he hadn't gotten back to me and apologized for having dropped the ball. While I cannot speak to the quality of their work because I did not end up hiring them, I am changing my review because I feel like the owner and Jacob reaching out despite already having lost me as a customer shows integrity and care that is lacking in many contractor businesses these days. I appreciate that they care, so it is only fair for my review to be updated to reflect that accordingly.

I had a fence put up around my pool. The first time , installer showed up alone, his vehicle didn't…read morelook like it should be on the road and that should given me an idea of his ability to install a fence. when he was done, nothing was level, 4 gates wouldn't work and the back edge leaned away from the pool. The second time, the company sent out a full crew and it was just a repeat of what the first installer did but at least 2 of the gates worked. Half the fence still wasn't level and the back edge still leaned away from the pool and they dumped the concrete from the first installer in the woods behind my house. The third time, I was home and after my inspection I found one of the sections of the fence had been installed backwards, one of the gates still didn't work and the concrete was still in the woods. I have since gone back and readjusted 2 gates to get them to work and still had to haul pieces of concrete to the dump.

Once the job was done, I was shown how to use the gates. All I could think of was how hard is it to use a gate? but they showed me the easiest way to use my double gate in case I needed to get big equipment in my back yard. Then I walked the line of the newly installed fence to pick up all the metal debris so my dogs wouldn't step on it and get hurt. There was nothing to pick up. From the moment scheduling the appointment for my quote to them pulling out of my driveway it was an excellent experience.
