We have contacted police department (they said they are investigating the situation), contacted Ask Behnken, contacted FLHSDM, contacted Federal Fraud and contacted BBB. Every one takes time and in the meantime, we are required to make the monthly lease payment. Mr. Wagner at Winter Haven Honda called me and laughed that no one would believe us as they have good reviews. All we want is our down-payment back along with cancellation of the lease and either return of the trade-in value or the vehicle they claim we traded in as the history of the vehicle shows it in their name. IF you go to there to purchase a car (and Julius Colon is your salesman) and you are not sure if you want to trade-in your current vehicle, BE SURE TO GET YOUR KEYS BACK BEFORE DISCUSSING A TRANSACTION, if they won't, call the Police. We weren't told of the Hope Scholarship payment, we didn't receive a thumb-drive of the paperwork as stated, we didn't get time to read the items signed or initiated by Mr. Petrocelli on the finance forms (he said it would be quicker if he clicked on the line as he did that all day) and even though he mentioned there was a 3 day cooling off period, he denies saying that now. We have purchased from this dealership before through salesman, Rodney Smith... a very honest person. Unfortunately, he wasn't there the day we needed help. The dealership owner, manager, etc. refuse to settle this, so we are going to proceed through the places we contacted and file a private suit if necessary. If court case is the route we need to use, we will post and invite anyone who wants to attend the trial. Oh, yes, we are elderly and will be contacting that group for help, too. So, again, REMEMBER TO GET YOUR KEYS BACK RIGHT AWAY IF THEY TEST DRIVE YOUR PROPOSED TRADE-IN!

I took my vehicle in for an oil change, rotation, and a battery check...specifically the battery…read morecheck as I have had a message pop up for almost a month about my aux switches being disabled due to battery charging. The service advisor told me that was normal and it's a warning to let you know the switches are unavailable because the battery is charging and there were no codes on the diagnostic tool. However, she said they will do a thorough check on my batteries to be sure. This was before noon, I go pick up my vehicle and the paperwork says batteries checked and tested fine. I'm no vehicle expert, but, that just didn't sit right with me considering my car wouldn't start this morning on my way to the dealership. I immediately drove from WH CDJ to another dealership and had my batteries checked...my main battery was 61 cca and my aux battery was also testing very low. Great job Winter Haven CDJ. If I had not gone to another dealership to actually have my batteries checked, your negligence could have caused my three year old to be stranded somewhere in this 95 degree heat. I am a very understanding person and I try my best not to be a burden...I accidentally made my appointment for July, not June in the jeep app and I only left my vehicle there because they said it was not that busy; however, if they couldn't do a 5 minute battery check, clearly they were too busy. Also, there were two codes to speak that were showing when the second dealership ran their diagnostics...even though WH said there were no issues. Stay away from this dealership, unless you like being stuck on the side of the highway in FL.
