    This place is a piece of shit and reason I say "John" the service advisor is a complete dick head they broke my turbo stud during removing my tranny and was well aware his employees did it and instead of trying too fix it he told me it's my fault when I wasn't even aware or told they broke it he said " I should've checked it before leaving mind you the car was towed out .... karma is a b all ima say

    I just purchased my next Subaru from Cannon and I have to say that I didn't ever think that buying a car could be this easy. I went in about 2 weeks ago to get my oil change on my Crosstreck and while there I talked to Chase Lovelady about upgrading my Crosstreck with an Outback. We talked about what exactly I was looking for and he suggested the Touring trim level. Next I told him I would really like a blue Outback, which of course they didn't have. But that didn't stop him! He found the only blue one in the southeast and it arrived this week. I came in to test drive today and a total of only 2 1/2 hours spent at Cannon I was in my way in my new Subaru. What I really appreciated was they didn't waste my time and they didn't play games with me. I told them what I wanted to pay (based on internet research) and they said "ok". I just can't say enough about how great of an experience this was, and how friendly everyone at this dealership is! I would highly recommend them if you want to get a new Subaru, and definitely ask for Chase, he's a great sales person!

    I purchased an engine from A1A in November 2019. My car is still not up and running. We installed…read morethe engine ourselves, never opening the actual engine because it would void my 90 day warranty. We deleted the EGR and the PCV line that burns old oil in the intake (nothing that would prevent my car from starting). I towed my car to a mechanic friend who assured me everything was hooked up properly and said it's a timing issue. I had my car towed to them Monday December 30th, and they told me they got codes for my EGR (which we will get because it's been deleted) as well as misfires on cylinders 2 and 3 coils. When asked if I could come up and and remove the intake and swap the coils, I was told I don't have to remove the intake (I'm a girl, I'm sure they think I know nothing about cars or engines) to swap the coils. When I got there they refused to give me my key because I had a "bill to settle." Not once in the 4 times I talked to them in less than 24 hours was I told that I would be charged for anything. Mike assured me that they had checked the timing (which was impossible in the amount of time they were actually "working" on my car. Mike told me if I got a wrecker to tow it away, he wouldn't charge me. So I did. Yesterday January 6th, I had my car towed to another mechanic to get a third opinion. He knew immediately upon startup that my car is out of time and was able to verify by taking the oil cap off and could physically see the chain slapping because it is loose. I called A1A this morning to tell them what I had learned. I was informed that I would have to pay to have the work done because Jay "doesn't think it's the timing." And that it may be bad wires or a bad ECM. They refuse to check the problem that SHOULD BE covered by warranty because we did a "butcher job" putting the engine in which is a complete lie. All because we deleted the EGR and PCV they won't do their jobs. So now I am paying a mechanic who actually knows what they are doing to fix the timing. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! They are 100% a rip off and have poor business practices and treat customers like garbage.

Brandon was our sales representative and he is phenomenal! We were looking for a 2022 Mazda cx9 Signature, and Lakeland Mazda had one posted on one of the online car marketplace apps. We were very nervous at first about the risk of driving that far to do business with a car dealer that we are not familiar with. However, Brandon went over and above by sending us videos of the car, answering a million questions, and getting a quote from the dealership for our trade-in - all on the same day we called him. He made us feel as though this dealership truly stands behind the cars they sell, and they would not make us keep a car we did not like. When we arrived at the dealership the car was exactly as Brandon had described it to us (immaculate), and after a short test drive, we drove it back to SC. We left that day extremely satisfied with the price of the car, the value we were given for our trade-in, the satisfaction guarantee, and the attention to detail Brandon gave to the entire experience. Last time I took the fault of not reporting my freyed seats within the first year, that's on me. This time I did my research found a tsb as-001/24 for a rattling sunroof that is a known issue, and again Lakeland Mazda denied the warranty claim. What's the point in advertising bumper to bumper 3 year 36k warranty if you are going to deny tsb of known issues. I want to state I have no issues with sales and only with service/warranty side. Buyer beware post sale experience, if you can maybe you should/want to go to another Mazda dealership for better post sale experience. It's a shame my buying experience doesn't match my service experience.
