Scheduling was really easy and convenient, even when I needed to reschedule. When I arrived to the studio, Matt greeted me and instantly made me feel comfortable. His welcoming nature put me at ease and set the tone for a fantastic shoot. The setup at the studio was impressive but also comfortable. I loved the light box he has set up for headshots. He even has a prep room set up to the side if you need to change or check your hair and makeup. I loved the extra touches like the mini fridge with soda/water and the vanity with emergency hair spray and bobby pins. Everything was set up for me to get the best picture and experience. For the portrait sitting itself, Matt was amazing at giving directions to get the best shot while at the same time making me feel confident and capable. He made several small adjustments that made a huge difference. He was excited about his work and encouraging throughout the whole process. Even though there were no yelp reviews I decided to reach out anyways and am so glad I did!! Joey was easy to communicate via yelp and text. Fair pricing and accommodating. He came over with his equipment and wore a mask at my request. He was very flexible with our needs. He was good at giving instruction/direction as well as making sure we were getting the shots we wanted. We had about 18 people total including kids and had some ideas in mind of what type of photos we wanted. He spent a little over an hour with us and it only took 3 days to receive the final product with editing. He edited all photos that were taken and sent the photos in a link for everyone to download. It was a very smooth process from start to finish. He takes all form of payment so that made things easy. The pictures came out wonderful! We wanted some posed and some candid... What should have been one of the greatest moments of our lives turned out to be one of the worst…read more We contracted Andres Photography to handle the photography and video for our event. Little did we know this would be one of the worst decisions we could have ever made. In the contract they were supposed to have given us portraits that we never received. As if that wasn't enough, even after asking countless times for our video they never gave it to us. Despite us asking numerous times it took not only months, but over a year for them to let us know that they lost all of our wedding footage. This was devastating to us as people that were not only in those videos but who also left video messages have since passed away. We have no video of our very special day. I can't quantify the amount of stress and devastation this has caused. If you are searching for a photographer/videographer for you special day, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere if you want to ensure you will have your memories properly captured and your contract honored to its fullest. He was deceptive regarding his services and professionalism and in the end it affected so many things for us.
