I paid approximately $6,000 for the repair, expecting my vehicle to be properly fixed. Unfortunately, the vehicle was kept for an extended period of time, and communication throughout the process was extremely frustrating. I had to repeatedly call and follow up to get information about what was happening with my car. After the timing chain work was completed, I was then told there were additional problems involving the pistons. One of my biggest concerns is the mileage on my vehicle. Approximately 10,000 additional miles were put on my car while it was in their possession. I did not authorize anyone to use my vehicle for that amount of driving, and I am extremely concerned about how and why that many miles were added while my vehicle was supposed to be there for repairs. When I finally received my vehicle back, I was extremely disappointed. The original concerns were not resolved to my satisfaction, and I also discovered damage to both the exterior and interior of my vehicle that was not there when I dropped it off. After paying thousands of dollars, being without my vehicle for months, discovering approximately 10,000 additional miles, and receiving my vehicle back with additional damage, I expected much better communication, workmanship, and care of my property. I am documenting everything, obtaining additional professional evaluations, and pursuing the appropriate options to recover the money I paid and address the condition in which my vehicle was returned. Based on my personal experience, I would strongly recommend that anyone considering this shop take pictures of the vehicle and odometer before dropping it off, get everything in writing, keep every invoice and receipt, and get a second opinion before authorizing major repairs.
