Then proceeded to tell me my rear diff went out & needed a whole new one replaced for $6k. I declined of course. I still had to pay $800 to pick up truck. When I was loading truck it was halfway up trailer & ran out of gas. (It had a little over half tank when I dropped it off). I asked if they had a little gas to get it up the trailer. He said no, then proceeded to answer the phone completly ignoring me.. I had to walk down the road & back to get gas. NO HELP FROM THEM. They are a worthless no good idiots! Way overpriced for the little work that they do perform. !!! DO NOT GO HERE !!!!

I bought a 2014 Subaru Forrester about a year ago and I didn't look closely at the suspension after…read moreI got it. The brakes were basically gone and were bent in such a way that they were preventing the all wheel drive from functioning all the way on the passenger side. Subaru all wheel drive axles on those models tend to wear out more rapidly from constant use which I researched online. In addition the ball joint was rusted out and the control arm was cracked. Initially I just did a CVT axle, battery and new brakes but there was a rattling at freeway speeds. We were able to get it in the shop again almost immediately and they basically rebuilt the passenger side suspension working long weekend hours. I feel like we got a bargain considering local rates and the turning and suspension in general feels tighter than when we got it. We even got an off road handling demonstration to prove the good work. These people work a lot and when something is brought to their attention they address it directly. I recommend their business and would visit there again for future needs.

Have both positive and negative feedback…read more Will start with the good: were able to diagnose truck same-day (pretty rare in Midland), repairs were completed in a timely fashion (once they had the parts), truck is running great, and they were very friendly (even gave me a ride when I dropped truck off). On the negative side: said they'd do a free oil change/tire rotation and didn't (prob because it was never on the ticket as it was no charge and forgot), seemed to be limited time spent after day 1 into finding the part I needed (actually found it myself and shipped it to them after waiting a few weeks with no progress), and replaced my battery without asking (was at 50k miles and likely needed it, but was a $500 surprise same day as pickup). All in all, I was in a bind and these guys got me answers quickly. Nice people and do good work, but think they need more staff or need to put more time into customer communication and part acquisition.

He hates when he gets caught in lies. He admitted he knows nothing of the internal parts. He can only pull and replace ...he gets a 140 an hour from jasper transmissionto do so....he's friendly at first but when you start to question his integrity of his knowledge of transmissions his feelings get hurt. So Kenny and his side kick a middle finger to you .. and good choice to back up .. wouldn't recommend
