I stopped at Danny's because another bar I normally go to around this area was closed for renovations - worked out well! This place is your perfect dive spot in which you have no idea what you'll find behind the doors once you enter. I walked into a bustling bar full of happy people on a Friday afternoon! Marlene was the nicest server anyone could ever ask for and was so incredibly attentive. I thoroughly enjoyed a buffalo chicken salad ($11 - a steal!) and a couple of beverages. The food used to be much better. They revised the menu and removed a popular item- the burrito. We ordered the "super nachos" which weren't so super. We substituted shredded cheese for liquid cheese but they didn't bother to melt it. The ground beef was cold too. There was plenty of vegetables. Basically it was like a cold nacho chip salad. We stopped here because our fav bar was full. Won't be making that mistake again. Our entire food order was prepared wrong. Then the server got snotty saying it was just Lowrys, salt and pepper on the fries and not seasoning. (We asked for them unseasoned & they were caked w pepper). We asked for extra extra crispy wings- they came out barely done. We asked for medium sauce- they gave us straight franks hot sauce. (Why even have a medium option?) so we tried the mild- it was disgusting. Tasted like Walmart great value mild buffalo sauce. The second basket of fries they brought us had been double dropped ( heated up in the fryer a SECOND time). I was a chef and bar cook before so I know the tricks. We didn't even finish our food. They didn't give us any discount or seem to care at all. They do not have bottled water for such a nice big place and on a Saturday they only had two bartenders who were also the servers so it was hard to get their attention. Nice huge bar though I guess. Absolutely my favorite independent sports/fun bar. The food is unprecedentedly delicious, too! The staff is knowledgeable and very friendly and goes out of their way to accommodate all needs, & they'll learn your name and make you feel at home almost immediately. The trivia is always entertaining and so is the karaoke. Even the silly hand bowling is really quite fun. Also, definitely try the wings- I can promise you they'll beat the competition every time (I think I'm addicted!). And of course, the crowd is a great one. Met lots of cool people there, & will continue to go back for as long as I'm in the area! read more

Great place for drinks and food . Smoking is allowed like most bars , the place is big enough to avoid being choked by the smoke . Food is actually good for bar food . Why 4 stars? Most of the staff are awesome. Very friendly bartenders who are attentive and know how to make a drink. The food is surprisingly tasty. I try to avoid bar food but Danny's just has good food. The fried pickles are awesome. Other favorites include the red poblano poppers, fried mushrooms, and the Cuban sandwich. There are LOTS of TVs here so if you want to catch the game, you should be able to find it here. Many beers on tap including some micro-brews. This place is awesome! If you smoke and enjoy awesome food you will LOVE it- it's one of those places you might not think of at first but once you go you will want to come back! Food is great, atmosphere is great for those who like a sports bar atmosphere but not the chain type experience. This is where you go and everyone knows everyone. This used to be an awesome bar! I never minded the smoke and the food is actually really good. Strong drinks. Good times. Now, however, the bar has turned into a clique-y Pasco County dumpster fire. There's a group of regulars that have taken over the place. I have no idea who they are or who they think they are, but they dominate so much space and attention from the servers. It's so obnoxious! And they are there constantly and have clearly become very close to some of the servers. That's all fine and good but when you have a group driving away long time regulars, it's just bad business. read more

Now this place is not on 19 and kept away on grand the outside appearance ain't much to look at but once inside you'll find a nice clean place to hang out. The bartenders are friendly and will make your drinks to perfection. Many specials available. There's tvs for game days. Pool tables and karaoke on certain nights to make it a fun place to be. The only downfall is the dark parking lot. Nor many lights at all. There's a back entrance that's actually more lit then the main lot but you don't have to worry as there's usually allot of foot traffic as folks are coming in and out. read more

My husband and I have gone to Danny's numerous times and have usually enjoyed our time there. Danny's does have good wings, very meaty and enjoyable. However it is kind of an old place and needs some upgrading. The stools that are around the high top tables need to be upgraded to stools with backs to them. The vinyl stools they have are ripped and don't have any stuffing in the cushions, They need an upgrade in seating. We enjoy spending time at Danny's, but if we sit there too long, our lower backs hurt from hunching over. Bar stools with backs and cushioned seats would make patrons stay longer, eat longer and drink longer. read more
