We were there for 40 minutes before our food came. The wings were not fresh out of the fryer though they were very warm. This created a situation where the wings lost their crispness and the skin was a bit rubbery. In addition, my Coors beer was a little flat with no foam top. What I witnessed was they had one server for the whole place for patrons who were at tables while the bartender (who was nice) took care of everyone at the bar. I feel they are limiting their overhead by having just one server so I fault the owner. It's his mother's recipe! My friend from Scotland loves it! Now I've never had his hamburgers but a friend I dined with recently said it was one of the best burgers she's had in a while! As luck would have it we were there on a Wednesday and that is the night they a DJ ( Dee J Jeff ) that comes in around 9PM and provides karaoke and music for the patrons! He was fun, friendly and great at what he does. BONUS! It would appear that some of the younger folk seem to make a hobby out of friending up the older folk and bilking them for money. My relative was always loaning out money for this or helping out another person for that. After his wife died, he really starting shelling out the money in his loneliness. It led to his suicide. This is not the fault of the Mullet.... just saying he met the people there. They are regulars.
