The waitstaff is commendable fighting with the bar to get drinks out. Beer went faster than mixed drinks. Okay, so, I have a love/hate relationship with WW. I LOVE the food. I LOVE the BOGO items (even though they could switch them up here and there, but they are still great!) however, they usually mess up my UberEats orders. UberEats is expensive, but due to illness I can't always go out. So when I spend the extra $ for delivery, I expect it to be right. One time they forgot my order of curly fries, and the last time my well done burger was medium. I am a kidney transplant recipient so I cannot eat raw meat anymore. I can go into rejection. I can't say enough about this place. We moved here 2.5 years ago and this was one of the 1st places we came to. The menu is delicious, hot, always quick to arrive. The service is always inviting with a smile. We absolutely love Victoria! She greets us with a smile. We are regular patrons of this place. Used to music being loud when the door to the outside bar is open. Today we came in at 7:30. The band is so loud that can't even hear inside the bar. My Apple Watch tells me when noise is too loud and unsafe and it is alarming me and I'm on the inside bar with the doors closed. Ask about having the music turned down so people inside weren't complaining and was told that management has asked them multiple times to turn it down in the band. Refuses to do it. We went there with a large party one night and were extremely happy with the band they had playing except for one thing, THEY WERE WAY TOO L O U D! Apart from that, the food was late, as they were really packed and understaffed that night according to the server we spoke with. However, the food was pretty good .
