When we arrived to drop them off, the staff wasn't friendly or inviting, which should have been our tell-all. Walking back to the kennel, it was dark, cold, uninviting, and sad. The worst part was picking them up. We arrived early, which gave us the true picture of their time there. They were so frantic to get out of there, they weren't happy to see us, but instead blazed past us for the front door like they were trying to escape. We've never seen them act this way. Despite having "outdoor access" their beds and blankets smelled so badly of pet waste we had to discard them, and they were having to lay in that filth and stink because they seemed to have had nowhere else to go. They also had never been given their toys or treats. The staff was as cold and unfriendly as when we left them, we should have run for our lives and never ever left our babies there. Expensive and horrible.

Our dog requires special care due to aging and we fully trust Emily 100% not to mention she has become like a member of our family. She prescribed us a steroid and sent us on our way. After finishing taking the prescription my dog started screaming again. I decided to get a second opinion. I'm now on my way to an emergency vet to get a volleyball sized tumor removed from my dogs kidney. Do not go here. My dog could've died if this tumor ruptured and Dr. Jenny never even felt her abdomen or did bloodwork or anything except guess the most likely and easiest to treat diagnosis.

I was impressed with his passion for his business and his knowledge of the Fort Walton Beach area. After talking with him, I completed an information sheet on the dogs. It was great to see the vaccine records checked before the dogs could be groomed. Kaylee, the groomer, called me and we scheduled the appointments. Over the phone, Kaylee was so personable. In person she was so professional and positive about our dogs. When we picked them up, the dogs both smell good and are SOOOO SOFT. If we lived here, Kaylee would be our groomer! She had high blood pressure and they have an old school style so they didn't get a proper reading and she was extremely stressed! They then over prescribed blood pressure meds that made her worse and ended up taking her to another vet where it was discovered her blood pressure was too low from being over prescribed!!
