We can tell by the way Angie interacts with our pups that she truly loves animals. Our Lab mix, Ollie, suffers from severe anxiety issues and Angie was very loving and patient with him as she took the time to get to know him and his 'quirks'. She quickly won his heart and he is so happy when he's around her. Our Schnoodle, Mason, is on a prescription diet and Angie always makes sure that he eats his own food and doesn't try to sneak more desirable food from his brother's dish. :) It's details like these that make Angie an amazing pet sitter... AND she comes to OUR home! We don't have to deal with the hassle of finding boarding where our boys can be in the same kennel together, or constantly wonder how they're doing and if they're being taken good care of. When we arrived to drop them off, the staff wasn't friendly or inviting, which should have been our tell-all. Walking back to the kennel, it was dark, cold, uninviting, and sad. The worst part was picking them up. We arrived early, which gave us the true picture of their time there. They were so frantic to get out of there, they weren't happy to see us, but instead blazed past us for the front door like they were trying to escape. We've never seen them act this way. Despite having "outdoor access" their beds and blankets smelled so badly of pet waste we had to discard them, and they were having to lay in that filth and stink because they seemed to have had nowhere else to go. They also had never been given their toys or treats. The staff was as cold and unfriendly as when we left them, we should have run for our lives and never ever left our babies there. She had high blood pressure and they have an old school style so they didn't get a proper reading and she was extremely stressed!
