I constantly sent him emails on status of the proof of service form and if it was filed with the court as he promised he would do with the service. He responded 2 weeks later stating he's waiting for the courts to send confirmation of filing a month after the service I went to the court and found out he never filed it. I asked him to send me the signed completed proof of service and I will file it myself and he refused to complete the proof of service form which is required to be filed after every completion of service, and he sent me message stating that he is invalidating the service and I had to serve the complaint again with a different server. I am astounded at the lack of care and unprofessional behavior from this guy. This hurt my case tremendously and Charles Wilson should lose his license for doing this, what he did was unprofessional and against the law.
