He contacted me a few days later letting me know what the trouble was and what it cost, but also brought to my attention several other issues that would soon take the truck back out of action. I work from my vehicle so I told him to go ahead and complete the other work too. He finished everything in a prompt manner, and for a fair price. so I took my 2006 dodge diesel to owner mark... was told he could rebuild transmission for 2500…read more.. well after it was all said and done it actually cost me 3,500.. was told I have a 1 year or 12k mile warranty.. after only 3 months and less than 2k miles later the transmission stops shifting entirely.. mark said he would fix the problem.. took it to him, after 3 days he called and said it was a mechanical problem and he would have to rebuild transmission AGAIN... 3 weeks go buy, he tells me on a Thursday that it will be done the following Monday, witch was yesterday.. so yesterday ,Tuesday morning, I call at 9am, he tells me it is a valve body problem and he should have it done soon.... later the day he calls and begins telling me my transmission is not the problem, he tells me I have a bad PCM causing the transmission to not shift... and that it wont be covered... so already not trusting him, I said I wanted to have and see a better explanation... in person he tells me my truck threw a code P2509.. witch is causing my problem... I took truck immediately to a dodge dealer and had codes ran.... P2509 Is a generic code for a battery not having a full charge and has ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with transmission.. dealer the ran a diagnostic on transmission and found that the TRANSMISSION Governor press sensor and solenoid was bad ... so in conclusion... this place is a scam, they lie, and don't honor their word

Suffice it to say, we were told that he was running more than 30 minutes late due to another job that he was trying to finish. By the time he had finished his other job, it would have taken him another hour just to arrive at our address. Unfortunately, we had to take the initiative to follow-through with his failure to communicate. Despite his failed first attempt, we decided to give James another shot by scheduling another appointment. No more than an hour before our second scheduled appointment, we received a text message from James indicating that he would have to cancel our appointment due to the weather conditions and his commitment to a Christmas party.
