We had a flat on the highway and started immediately calling every tire place off I-35. We called Total Tire, Walmart, Hibdon, RNR 20 min before they closed and all told us no thanks. They wouldn't helps us. RNR even told me they "turned off their air" already. We called Discount tire 15 min after they closed and they guy that answered the phone, said absolutely! He asked if we could get him or did he need to come to us!!! Wow! Never again will I use anyone else. They got me back on the road in less than 5 min with a new tire! He told me it's the motto of Discount Tire to always serve, if at all possible! We are so thankful!!!!

I average 5k+ Miles per month and needed a better solution. I charge 4 new tires and paid for the one year alignment at Firestone. I went back to have the alignment fixed several times. Each time they found a reason not to do it, unless I paid for a suspension component. Unfortunately, what could have been a positive return quickly turned sour. Upon entering the store, my 4-year-old daughter unexpectedly became sick and vomited near the front entrance. My wife immediately and apologetically sought help from the nearest cashier near the front door. Instead of receiving understanding or reassurance, she was met with eye rolling and complete indifference, no words of support, no assistance, no empathy. While accidents happen, the response from staff in moments like these speaks volumes about a store's culture and customer care. Sadly, this experience has reaffirmed why we switched to Costco in the first place, and why we'll be returning there.

I'd rather just go down the street to Costco. I've witnessed cafe workers touching their phones, then handling food. This is my least favorite Sam's Club.
