Not only that while I was on the call with the sales rep from the out of state dealer negotiating based on what Philip and his guys found, Philip actually went out and double checked something on the car and gave me his thoughts while negotiating. I wouldn't have bought the car without his help. And he let us sign the papers in the waiting room, even printed out some copies of paperwork from the out of state dealer to help us. All this to say, in my experience they are honest, well priced and very helpful. If you need a trustworthy, go to auto shop, this is it. Chuck called me said probably gonna be a pulley be somewhere between three and $500. I said OK I went to pick up my car Chuck informed me oh it wasn't a pulley. It was just a belt we changed it. fraction of that price most people would've just fix the pulley and then fix the belt. I was so impressed.
