I spent over a year trying to find a quality bike that would be dependable and long lasting. I finally found a Trek Roscoe 6 on sale at American Cycle & Fitness for over $300 off! Being 6'6" it's tough to find 23"/XXL frames, and they had one. Unfortunately, this was during the stay at home order in Michigan (April of 2020). Plus the bike is not able to be shipped. This would have stopped any other bike store employee, but not Mark! He went out of his way to find the bike at another location, get it assembled, and meet me quite a ways away from Grand Ledge. All within 36 hours, which was unbelievable! Mark began to set up my tires to be tubeless, out on a kickstand, and was so unbelievably kind and knowledgeable! I bought my sons bike at another place due to getting it nearly 50% off. Mark knew the owner, and even gave me advice for that bike. And though the other store did an excellent job, they could NOT match the customer service Mark at American Fitness & Cycle provided. In fact, I'm not sure anyone can! I am a VERY picky customer with very high standards, and Mark at American Fitness & Cycle exceeded my expectations by leaps and bounds!!! I've never had customer service as good as I had at American Fitness & Cycle, regardless of the store/industry! Mark quickly figured out the problem and made recommendations for another minor repair. Within 15 minutes he had the bike flat and tire replacement finished and helped me load the bike back into the car. One of the great things about this store is the fact that the employees take the time to explain what repairs are needed and those that could wait. The store has lots of great Trek bikes and supplies but they had no problem working on my basic Schwinn. Excellent customer service and great repair. Back on the road. I highly recommend. Trust.

"Mikey" stopped what he was working on and quoted a fair price and said he could take care of it in 15-20 minutes if I was willing to wait. I ran a quick errand while he did the repair but when I came back he said the crank bolt pattern didn't fit the sprockets so he swapped out the entire crank using a part from one of his personal bikes he had in storage at the store. When he finished I asked how much I owed for the passions work and parts, but he quoted the original price to which I kindly objected saying there was more involved than the original agreement to which he replied "just keep us in mind in the future." "Mikey" is a young business owner, very sharp, and trying to make his own way using honest business principles. My bike rides perfect, shifting pops accurately and he even did a few extras like cleaning lube on the triggers, cable tension and made a couple worthwhile suggestions for added comfort. Great experience and glad I stopped in. I will be supporting this local biz in the future.

Was a very good deal and it turned out only one of the barrels worked. No one mentioned this to me when purchasing and it was not advertised on the gun before purchasing. Tried to resolve it with them and the best they could do is recommend someone to fix it for me, didn't even offer for me to return the gun.
