After having visited a few other stores where no one could help us or understood their products, it was a relief to find this store. The owner, Tom, takes great pride in his great customer service - took us out in the parking lot to try out a few different bikes, and what helped us make the decision is the warranty, and being able to have a brick and mortar to bring the bikes in for service as needed.
