Wow! After getting a quote from another shop for an interior detail, I stopped by and talked to Dan for a second opinion. Wow. Incredible job. I'm convinced Dan simply swapped my 2009 Subaru with a brand new one, because there's no way a 5 year old car can be this clean. My car looks brand spanking new, smells great, and is just unbelievably clean. I get my car detailed annually, and Dan was BY FAR the very best I've ever used. We worked it out so that he could pick my car up from my office and deliver it same day - this was great because I live 20 miles away, so I was able to get the detailing without any inconvenience to me whatsoever. If you need your car detailed there's nowhere else to look. My sons used car he bought cheap was a disaster, worse than the worst interior you can imagine. Dan took the car the next day for at a very reasonable price based on the condition of the car. Dan had great customer service and turned my sons car into a new one. 10/10! Highly recommend!! My son could have never have been able to get the car half as clean as they were able to. I just had my Infinity SUV detailed inside and out with Dan's. This is an extra large vehicle, black paint and big rims. There is a lot of car here and did I mention that I also drive carpool for four kids every day? It gets kind of messy... Dan is a friendly, humble guy that takes great pride in his work. Bring him the dirtiest, dingiest, smelliest thing you drive and he'll make it look like new. Dan couldn't do a full detail that day due to his busy schedule but still made time to do a courtesy spot clean to make sure that the car was clean and made an appointment for a full interior detailing another day. Dan is a great guy, he offers true personalized service! He not only did what he does best, making an older vehicle look new again with stain removal off the seats / carpet he also restored the clear coat finish of the exterior. My vehicle needed some extra help to look its best and Dan and Dave were able to replace the head lamps with a new set for me. Asked for a price to polish/seal/wax and detail a black car with less than 5000 miles on it to remove very fine swirl marks from washing. He was hesitant and decided that it was something he didn't want to "get involved with". What?!? I think he was put off because I was looking for a quality job that would last, not just a quick wash and wax that would look good for a couple of days. I'm sure that if you have a neglected car, this guy is going to make it look better, but I think he was concerned that he'd do more harm than good on a newer car or that I'd be picky about having the wax protect the car for more than a week - none are confidence inspiring statements from a detailer. Makes me wonder if he's using cheap products that won't last or if he doesn't know how to remove light swirls in clear coat. More likely, he just has enough business that he can cherry pick the simplest jobs where he can make the biggest impact. Avoid unless you're just looking for a quick detail on your family minivan or daily driver. read more
