I had my riding mower serviced with this business, they picked it up, serviced it at an amazing price, and returned it. More importantly, I have multiple sclerosis and asked the employee (forgive me, I didn't catch his name) to haul off about 30 bags of leaves from the fall. The people at Dans are great. They have helped me quite a bit. I own a small lawn service company and I purchased the large echo power head with attachments. One year later the echo power unit failed. My other echo units are fine. But Dan would not honor their warranty. They said echo will not honor so we will not honor. I understand that echo won't honor. So echo products are junk. Dans won't stand behind their customers. I have one stihl unit plus chain saws that are going strong after years. So I will bite the bullet and covert to Stihl. And all the attachments too. It's a shame people will not stand behind the products they sell. read more

Love this community hardware store. Hospitality and service are like the old time carrying for their customers. The store is not a Home Depot but they have everything your looking for and you don't have to chase someone to help you from the minute you walk in you feel welcomed. No one can please everybody but this store is old southern hospitality and prices are great. read more
