I stopped by this morning, the following Saturday, and sure enough they hadn't gotten to it yet. Realizing it's the peak of busy season for small engine mechanics I decided not to make a big deal out of it and went on home. Even though there are no mechanics on duty on the weekends I got a call about an hour later saying my auger was ready for pickup. The manager on duty, being a mechanic also, took it upon himself to repair my equipment. I really appreciate that kind of service and will not hesitate to use them in the future. I simply wanted a lawn mower filter. Initially, I am sent to the parts counter. This was my first time and last time in this store. Rather than direct me to the aisle of filters where I can select the filter myself; I am told I cannot be helped because I did not have the actual used filter! When I return with the used filter. I am simply pointed two feet away to the filter aisle. Unbelievable! Why direct me to a parts counter if my part is on the floor? I could have found the part myself! Save yourself some time, do not deal with these people!

The man or the manager shall I say said the guy is loading up somebody's truck the problem is I was here before they were and after he loaded the truck which was 40 minutes ago he literally sat out there and talked the whole time after that and I have video and pictures of it and come to find out he was even done with them. So only one person in their cut Wood and only one person does the lift. I'm so confused. Literally, I can't express enough how bad I needed this table top and I'm leaving with nothing.
