It was either a very long wait time, the techs would not go on Fort Benning, or the person on the phone just sounded put out to even be answering the phone. That was not the case with A-CO. They were recommended to us by a friend. I contacted them first through Facebook and received an IMMEDIATE response. When I phoned to set up the appointment, the woman who answered the phone was very friendly. You could hear the smile in her voice. The gentleman who came to fix our washer called ahead to ask if he could come a little early. (Yes, please!) He was a real gentleman and had our washer fixed quickly at an extremely reasonable price. We are very grateful to have found them.

Our home warranty insurance First American Home Warranty assigned this company to repair our fridge and it has been over two months and they still have not fixed it. The ice maker was not working but it also has been having problems with the temperature not getting cold and the freezer not holding temperature. Aco has come to fix the fridge at least ten times and still haven't fixed the problem. They have dragged the repair for weeks and months. They have come and not even check anything in the back of the fridge to see what is the problem. Stay away from this company.

Anyway worked with Troy the owner and somehow the conversation went to what grill I had. I have the Weber summit and bought it from a family for a deal. Troy said that I do not need a new grill rather new parts burners etc. We spent probably $600 for them to overhaul my grill. Got it back today and it looks like new. Cannot thank Troy enough for his advice and transparency. We would have easily dropped $1000-2000 on a new grill bc of the size I would want to have.
